From the moment we decided to hire the motorhome from Fabio, the communications were brilliant. He was able to give us advice on insurance and tips as this is our first time hiring a motorhome. When we went to collect it, We were able to leave our van in place while we were away, he spent the hour going through it letting us know what was needed to be done and where everything was. Everything needed is onboard write down to the towels and toilets rolls. We just needed to take our clothes. We also took a few bikes so the back box was removed for the rack. He has a very sturdy lock. But there were still plenty of storage space inside. The front seats are comfortable and also the seats for the passengers. During the day you can sit around with the table up or you can sit outside with the awning with the tables and chairs that are supplied. We also use the gas barbecue that is stored and bought out and plugged into the side...(Yes I'm new to all this lol) As I say he hasn't left anything out. It's all on board!! There is a cooker, microwave a large fridge and a freezer. There is a lovely shower at the back with toilet and hot water that is gas and electric. We spent most evenings once it was dark watching DVDs. The TV also has free sat. As I say the travelling was very comfortable. We travelled about 400 miles in all. The consumption of fuel was good even in the current climate. When it was colder in the evenings as it's beginning of April and early mornings we put the onboard Central heating on and that was just lovely!. We will definitely be hiring again and would advise anybody else to go ahead.. Thank you Fabio for making our first ever trip on board a motorhome run so smoothly. April 2026

Bilbo is a superb motorhome. Fabio is as you would expect a Fab host. We had a lovely trip from Storrington to the Cotswolds then across to Suffolk down to Henley On Thames. Van was perfect, we rented as stay before we buy, testing our relationship and all aspects of the cold weather. Couple of lessons learned which was the purpose of the trip. Januari 2026

We had a fantastic week away in this wonderful motorhome. The facilities are superb, with a very comfortable bed, bathroom, and an excellent shower. As it was getting cooler in November, the heating was absolutely brilliant and kept us perfectly warm. Fabio was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Communication was excellent from pickup to return, and he even checked in during our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. We highly recommend Fabio and his motorhome for a truly first-class experience. November 2025

Fantastic week up to the Lakes & the western coast of Scotland in a motorhome / RV that has exactly what it purports to have - “Everything”!! Superb customer service from the owner Fabio who picked & dropped at the nearest train station, even allowing us to unpack & leave an empty suitcase at his house in order to save space in the vehicle. Fabio couldn’t have done more to ensure a brilliant trip. Overall we couldn’t recommend hiring this motorhome more emphatically, what are you waiting for?!! 🤗 Oktober 2025

Fabio gave a thorough walkthrough of everything and it's fully kitted out with everything to go and more! It has a great layout with plenty of premuim features all in great condtion, it was a pleasure to drive. Great communication and hassle free, I'd be happy to hire again in the future too!
