We had such a fantastic experience hiring Ralph from Sharon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the van and Sharon to anyone looking for a camper van adventure. The handover was brilliant from start to finish. Even before we booked, Sharon was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and explaining everything we needed to know about the van. On the day we collected Ralph, she took the time to show me how everything worked, making me feel really confident before setting off. She was also so accommodating throughout the whole process and was always on hand if we needed anything. We took Ralph to Wales for a family wedding with our two children, and it was the perfect way to travel. We loved having everything we needed with us and being able to enjoy the journey as much as the destination. It was our first time as a family staying in camper van, and we absolutely loved it! Ralph was spotless when we collected him, incredibly comfortable, and really well-equipped. Everything had been thought of, making it so easy to live off-grid without feeling like we were missing any home comforts. What made Ralph special was how clean, practical, and fully equipped he was. The facilities were amazing, and it was clear Sharon has put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need. Combined with Sharon’s friendliness, helpfulness, and excellent communication, it made for a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
