Very friendly and helpful. Socks was well prepared for our trip and performed faultlessly. The only issue we had was not not down to Simon & Jodie but the Goboony online form to pick up Socks. It was very slow and what should have been a 10 to 15 minute process took over 45 minutes. Very frustrating for us and Jodie. Hand back was much quicker though.
