Handover was done very quickly and rushed, he left while we were loading up so had to leave car key in a wreath on the door. Arrived at first place in the dark for wild camp. Had to change gas bottle in dark as the one connected was empty, we also found out that there was zero water in the tank so couldn’t wash, flush toilet, have a drink etc. vehicle is also described as having a microwave. Which we need as our diabetic dog is on certain food so needs a quick 30 seconds, well is does not have a microwave so that was fun.. second night we booked in to a site in st ives, lovely place and would highly recommend. We had to buy ad blue as that flashed up straight away. Upon return. the owner didn’t release our deposit, we were made to wait a. month for our deposit money back as goboony allows them that time to add any issues, which is ridiculous. He never contacted goboony at all so eventually goboony themselves released our money and we eventually got the deposit back. This is unacceptable on every single level. November 2026
