The pick up location is easy to get to from Inverness Airport only a 30 minute taxi journey. Matt and Madi (the owners) were lovely and took time to show us around the campervan. The camper van is older but the conversion was only done 5 to 6 years ago so it feels like new when you are in the living area. It is compact (so perfect for driving around all the little NC500 roads) but had everything we needed and was perfect for our holiday. Due to very bad weather (rain / wind) both wiper blades broke and flew off each on a different day. This could not have been prevented. We informed Matt who kindly offered to buy new blades and drive to us. We were two hours away. It was really reassuring that Matt would go above and beyond to help us, although we managed to find a garage and didn't need him to do this. Returning the van was also easy, and we received our full deposit back in a matter of days. We would highly recommend Matt, Madi and Nevis (the name of the campervan a really enjoyable holiday.
