I recently rented a motorhome over the Easter period at short notice.
I was offered an early collection at no cost which was a great help to me, it enabled me to load the motorhome a day earlier meaning it didn't eat into our family holiday.
Handover was slick, informative and very thorough.
Unfortunately I had an accident and damaged the rear of the motorhome whilst travelling, the damage charges were extremely fair and I was left feeling like I had dealt with a really honest and professional organization.
