Hand over by John was friendly and thorough. Misty was spotless and fully equipped with brand new utensils and thoughtful extras such as spare batteries, wipes and tea towels. We took Misty on the NC500 and she performed very well throughout and always gave us a comfortable night's sleep. Would defenately recommend.
