Customer service goes a long way to enhancing any experience - and Tony and Janine have it nailed! From the moment we booked, through check-in, handover and return, the communication and willingness to assist was second to none. This was our first campervan experience and Little Grey has ensured we've been bitten by the bug - we would not hesitate in recommending Little Grey for your next hire. Enjoy!!
Geraldine
We had another great trip in the camper van rented from Tony. All good.
James
Lovely camper, easy to drive and had all equipment I needed, Tony and Janine Tony’s daughter are really nice and friendly to deal with. I would love to rent it again :)
Deborah
We picked up Little Grey from Downham Market from Tony’s daughter, Janine. She spent time with us, explaining all the details we needed to know about the van, patiently going through any aspects we were unsure of, or going over things again, until we were happy. We both went over the outside, checking the condition of the van and logging mileage. She and Tony were very helpful, kind and considerate with us, asking us to send photos of places we were visiting, if we could. Any issues we may have had were dealt with immediately and with as little inconvenience to us as possible.
Tony and Janine were most friendly and cooperative people who made our holiday completely flawless. We would certainly consider hiring one of their vehicles again and would certainly recommend them to others.
Good luck and thank you to Tony and Janine for providing an exceptional service to both my cousin, Francene and myself.

The handover with Janine was smooth and we felt confident campervanning for the first time. Little Grey had all we needed four our 10 day road trip. The bed was easy to put up and the storeage was sufficient for our needs. My husband enjoyed driving too. We would recommend the Northumberland 250. 😃

It's great to know the bed setup, storage, and driving experience all helped make your 10-day road trip enjoyable. We love that you explored the Northumberland 250 too—what a fantastic route!
