4 Recensies
We recently completed a 12-day trip with a campervan, traveling as a group of 6 people, and our experience with this rental company was truly excellent. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. The team was friendly, professional, and most importantly, willing to explain everything in great detail before we picked up the vehicle. Having traveled with a motorhome before, I can confidently say that the difference in quality was noticeable. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped—which made our trip much more comfortable and stress-free. At the same time, the quality of the people who rented it to us made the overall experience even better—you could tell they truly care and act like real professionals. Upon returning the vehicle, we had caused some minor damages. However, they were very clear and transparent in explaining what needed to be replaced, what we would be charged for, and why. The prices they quoted were very reasonable, and we did not feel treated unfairly at all, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely choose them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable campervan travel experience.
Brand new camper in perfect condition. Ideal for my first experience. Vitaliy was really kind and was always available and reachable for any need. Highly recommended
Practically new camper, the owner proved to be very helpful, for a change of vehicle the day before and for the time of collection and return of the vehicle!
I was lucky to meet a friendly and warm-hearted owner like Vitaliy and Ilaria. They took good care of me and my family during the holiday trip in Italy. Especially, when thief broke into our camper and took passports and other stuffs at Rome, they kindly guided us to do proper actions to minimize our damage. I do appreciate it. The camper was new(less than 1-year old), and had no problem at all. The pillow and blanket sets were new and clean. Everything worked properly. I strongly recommend Camper Car Milano for your happy holiday trip.
