Alison was very helpful from the outset, she gave clear instructions on arrival and had a useful file with all running information that you may require. Van had basics such as washing up liquid kitchen roll etc.
Alison was happy for us to take along our very large well behaved dog.
The van had two drop down beds which where easy to use and Alison had already made for us. Bonas.
Seats are very comfortable both in cab and habitation area.
We picked the van up from Alison's home and left our vehicle on her drive, incurring no extra cost.
Would recommend very nice van and lady.
