De camping bevindt zich ver van het drukke verkeer van snelwegen en spoorwegen, op 200 m van het centrum van Martinsicuro . Het ligt direct aan de zeekant en beschikt over een mooi, 25 km lang fietspad.
De camping heeft een voorliggend Strand van 450 meter gedeeltelijk uitgerust met ligstoelen en parasols en gedeeltelijk vrij.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmation of this booking request is subject to the acceptance of the following conditions:
- the payment of the deposit must be made within 10 days from the date of the booking
- The reservation of any unit of the type requested. Specific unit numbers cannot be guaranteed.
- the remaining balance of the whole stay is due upon arrival
- the entire balance of the whole stay is due even in case of early checkouts or changes in arrival.
- no refund will be made in the event of early departures.
- cancellations must be made 10 days prior to arrival.
VILLAGE
The check-in can be done starting with 8 a.m. After the check-in the guest can use our services. The lodgings are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated not later than 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
- A refundable security deposit of € 100 cash must be paid upon arrival. It will be refunded on departure providing the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition and the inventory is complete. The final cleaning service can be requested for € 40,00. The VIP card is compulsory for all mobilhomes and it costs € 99/week. It's free of charge during the promotional periods.
The Vip card includes: beach service (the line at the beach depends on the type of mobilhome), free access to the swimming pool, use of sport facilities, bed and bathroom linen with weekly change.
The rate includes the parking of one car in the designated space, consumption of water, gas, electricity, air conditioning (pre-set to 27°C) and animation.
CAMPING
A full daily rate is imposed regardless of arrival time. On departure day, pitches must be vacated not later than 11.00 a.m. otherwise one extra night will be charged.
The rate is inclusive of one pitch, people, the parking of one car and consumption of electricity (200 V-5/10Amp/CEE for Plus/Extr with toilet/Extra pitches). The pitch is available from 12 a.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. A maximum of 5 or 6 people (according to the capability of the pitch ), one caravan and one car, or one tent and one car, or one camper is permitted per site. Additional occupants will be accepted only prior authorization from the Management and charged accordingly to the current rates.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guests are required to wear an identification bracelet at all times during the whole stay. The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit along with this Terms
and Conditions form duly signed.

-please be advised that in compliance with the new tax regulation (modification of Art, 49 Dlgs 231/2007), payments in cash of 3.000 € or more (including deposit payment) are not allowed. This regulation doesn't affect payments made through bank transfers or credit /cashpoint cards.
-For payments of € 3.300 or more the client is required to provide a copy of his own identification document to be enclosed to the receipt/invoice.

In elk perceel kan slechts een installatie (auto + tent of caravan of camper + auto)beschikken, is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen max.
Aangename schaduw, lichtjes verhoogd terrein met grasbegroeiing, uitgerust met stroom, max. 10 A met Europees goedgekeurde 220 Volt contactdoos.

Deze driekamer stacaravan van 40,5 m2 (waarvan 30 m2 binnen en 10,5 m2 veranda) kan tot 5 personen huisvesten.
The apartments have a lounge/kitchen with a dinette, with a pull out sofa bed (190x135cm), one table and chairs; the kitchenette includes a four burner stove with a hood, fridge, sink; it is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. One double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with a basin, shower enclosure, bidet, wc. The apartments have air conditioning, TV and safe. The 10,5 m² veranda is equipped with a table, chairs and two beach-chairs.

De stacaravans bestaan uit een woonkamer/keuken met een L-vormige eethoek met vaste stoelen, een kookhoek met een vierpits-fornuis, een afzuigkap, een koelkast, spoelbak en pannen en serviesgoed. Verder is er 1 tweepersoons slaapkamer, 1 slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een stapelbed, 1 badkamer voorzien van alle comfort (wastafel, douche, bidet en toilet). De stacaravan is voorzien van airconditioning en televisie. Op de veranda van de stacaravan staan tafel en stoelen.

Deze driekamer stacaravan van 34 m2 (waarvan 24 m2 binnen en 10 m2 veranda) kan tot 5 personen huisvesten. De stacaravans bestaan uit een woonkamer/keuken met een L-vormige eethoek met een slaapbank, een tafel van 1,20 mx 0,80 m met vaste stoelen, een kookhoek met een vierpits-fornuis, een afzuigkap, een koelkast, spoelbak en pannen en serviesgoed. Verder is er 1 tweepersoons slaapkamer, 1 slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een bovenbed (max 60 kg), 1 badkamer. De stacaravan is voorzien van airconditioning en televisie. Op de veranda van de stacaravan staan tafel en stoelen.

Driekamer appartement van 44,5 m² (34 m² oppervlakte en 10,5 m² veranda) is geschikt voor 6 personen.
De appartementen bestaan uit een woonkamer / keuken, eethoek met uitschuifbaar bed (130 x 190 cm), tafel met interne stoelen; kooknis met 4-pits gasfornuis, afzuigkap, koelkast, spoelbak, vaatwasser, magnetron, potten en pannen. Een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een slaapkamer met twee lage bedden en een uitklapbed (80 X 200 cm). De twee slaapkamers hebben directe toegang tot de twee badkamers met wastafel, inloopdouche, toilet en bidet. De accommodaties zijn voorzien van airconditioning, tv en een kluisje.
De veranda van 10,5 vierkante meter is voorzien van een tafel, stoelen en twee ligstoelen.
