RESERVATION CAPACITY

On our website we offer the possibility of booking via a form with direct communication with the customer via email or phone. An advance payment of 30% of the final amount must be made within 3 days of the final confirmation of the reservation. The final amount is sent to the buyer in writing at the e-mail address provided upon request. The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged upon check-out at the campsite reception. In this case, the reservation will be confirmed as soon as the customer receives a confirmation of transfer to their email address. In the case of online reservations, it is considered that the user or the customer has read these General Terms and Conditions and agrees with them.

PRICES, DESCRIPTIONS OF PACKAGES AND SERVICES

All prices are in EUR, include VAT and are valid at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to make changes and errors in prices, written text and content descriptions without prior notice. The images are symbolic in nature and do not always fully reflect the actual situation.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Upon arrival, all guests and pets staying at the campsite must be registered (regardless of the guest's age). If you do not follow what has been written, we reserve the right to charge you a higher price for the service. When booking a mobile home, it is necessary to indicate the number of all persons who will stay in the house, regardless of age, otherwise we reserve the right to change the conditions and price of accommodation. Guests are provided with a camping spot at check-in. In case of non-compliance with the allocated camping place, the camp may request a surcharge or a move to the assigned place from the guest. It is not possible to reserve specific plot numbers according to the policy of our general terms and conditions. At Camp Velenje, we will strive to find a suitable plot that will still be available at the desired time of booking, depending on your preferences, which you can write to when submitting your reservation. At Camp Velenje, we reserve the right to change the number of the pitch at any time until the date of arrival of the guest.

CANCELLATION

The guest has the right to cancel the reservation. In case the guest cancels the arrangement, the company Uživaj zdaj d.o.o. has the right to reimbursement of costs due to cancellation in accordance with the notice periods.

Cancellation conditions for mobile home:

• If the reservation is canceled more than one month (30 days) before the date of arrival, we will refund 100% of your prepayment.
• If canceled more than 14 days before date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• If the reservation is canceled 7-14 days before the date of arrival, we will refund 25% of your prepayment
• In case the guest does not come despite the reservation or the reservation is not canceled at least 7 days before arrival, we will charge you the full amount of the advance payment.

Termination conditions for plots:

• In case of non-arrival or cancellation of your reservation, we will charge you € 40.
• In the event of a change in the arrangement at one's own request or due to force majeure, without any reason on the part of the company Uživaj zdaj d.o.o. due to improper service, the guest is not entitled to claim any compensation or price reduction.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Uživaj zdaj d.o.o. may refuse to fulfill the obligations from the reservation if it finds that the submitted data are incorrect, or if it is an abuse of the credit card or the reservation system. Any disputes between the parties originating in or in any connection with the reservation shall be settled amicably. Otherwise, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court.

SECURITY

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

FINAL PROVISIONS

General terms of purchase of online reservations have the character of a contract. With the purchase the reservation is confirmed by the holder, he has been informed of these general provisions and that he agrees with them. Paid funds cannot be returned in cash. Any disputes arising from these general provisions shall be resolved by the competent court. In all prices from the offer Uživaj zdaj d.o.o. value added tax is already included. In the event of a dispute between the parties, all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court.
