Article 1 - Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on this site.
Each customer acknowledges that he/she has read these general conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for himself/herself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of holidays. They may also be obtained by simple written request to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
The price of the stays is indicated in CHF, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the price does not include the tourist tax.
All bookings are nominative and cannot be transferred. The booking only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the amount due. Any booking not settled in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled.
For any delay not reported, the rental/pitch becomes available 12 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this deadline, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void.
No reduction will be made in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.
The cancellation of your reservation must be made in writing. For the calculation of cancellation fees, the date of receipt of your message by us is decisive. In case of cancellation of your reservation, the following cancellation fees will be due:
- Pitch: up to 7 days prior to the arrival date: CHF 0.00; less than 7 days prior the arrival date: CHF 100.00 (if the total amount is less, the total amount must be paid)
- Rental accommodation: up to 22 days prior to the arrival date: CHF 100.00; less than 22 days prior the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
