Camping Plein Sud

Camping Plein Sud, met meer dan 106 plaatsen, is een rustige en stille plek vlakbij het dorp St Jean de Monts (Vendée)... ideaal voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een ontspannen vakantie. Op korte loopafstand van het strand, met directe toegang tot het fiets- en wandelpad. Het is goed uitgerust met een breed scala aan faciliteiten ter plaatse, waaronder een buitenzwembad en peuterbad, gratis WiFi, speeltuinen, waterpark, jeu de boulesbaan, bar, wasserette, kinderclub en nog veel meer. Veel activiteiten in het hoogseizoen. Je vindt hier grasplaatsen met water en elektriciteit, maar ook stacaravans, bungalows en volledig ingerichte tenten. Huisdieren toegestaan. Stap op de fiets en profiteer van de directe toegang tot de fietspaden die langs de kuststranden en door de Bretonse moerassen van de Vendée lopen. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Campsite Plein Sud accepts the principle of the rent (pitch/accommodation).
- The rent of accommodations or camping pitches implies that the tenant respects the general booking conditions & approves/accepts unreserved all the internal rules & regulations of the campsite. The rates or information published in our brochure are subject to printing errors or omissions. Only the prices on your invoice are contractual.
- Without any answer within 8 days after sending the contract, the proposal of your stay will be cancelled. Please fill & sign both copies, one copy will be send you back & signed by the Manager of Plein Sud as acknowledgement of receipt.
- When you reserve, the campsite guarantees you the rent of an accommodation or a plot for the day of your arrival. This reservation remains submitted to certain conditions.
- Any modification leading to a variation in the total of the charge (higher or lower) must be indicated on arrival. In case of inexact statement of the buyer, the contract will be cancelled by right and the sums paid will remain with the campsite.
- The contract is personal; you cannot sub rent or give your pitch to somebody else.
- For all arrivals outside opening time of reception and in case of any delay, Campsite Plein Sud will have to be notified in order to keep your booking. The Management has the right to use accommodation/pitch without news from the customer 8 hours after scheduled arrival. The sums paid will remain with the campsite.
- Plein sud offers family holidays. The accommodation has been specially designed to this effect. The Campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking that might contravene or attempt to pervert this principle.
Plein Sud refuses the access to families who exceed the number of persons allowed per rental accommodation (babies included).
-No refunds or compensations for early departure and any other reason. Campsite Plein Sud is not responsible and cannot be accountable of weather condition.

- You can subscribe a cancellation insurance by means of the attached form or on our partner's website www.campez-couvert.com
- Cancellation: Any booking cancellation must be made in writing (recorded delivery). If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival: the deposit paid (excluding booking fee) will be refunded to the holiday-maker, in case of first obtaining insurer's coverage approval. A cancellation occurring less than 30 days before arrival; the amount paid will not be refunded (unless subscription to cancellation insurance) and the remaining amount will be automatically charged.
-You must advise the reception staff of the arrival of any visitor. Visitors must pay a fee to the campsite and leave their vehicles on the outside park.
- Attributive clause of jurisdiction. Possible disputes are the exclusive competence of La Roche sur Yon Tribunal.


IMPORTANT
- For your safety, the establishment is placed under video surveillance.
- For advertisement purposes, the management or his photographer could take some pictures of your accommodation, your children or yourself. If you wish not to be photographed please write and notify the management.
- Lost or forgotten objects: the secure dismissal of any object will be charged to you.
- Not accompanied minors by their parents will not be accepted within Plein Sud Campsite. Parental discharges are not accepted.
Consumer dispute mediation process: In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning consumer dispute mediation processes, customers have the right to use the mediator services suggested by Camping Plein Sud free of charge. This has to be made in written (recorder delivery), within 1 yr. from the date of complaint. Proposed Consumer Mediator is MEDICYS – 73 Boulevard de Clichy-75009 PARIS (contact@medycis.fr).


RULES & SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
RENTING ACCOMMODATION

- A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit as well as a 20 € (for long stay) or 10 € (for WE) booking fee are required in order to confirm a booking. The booking will be definitely registered after reception of this two above. The final balance of the total cost of the booking is required thirty days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
If a booking is made less than thirty days before the scheduled arrival date, full payment will be due immediately when making the booking.
- For the accommodation: Three deposits (cash or CB deposit) would be required at the arrival: 300 € for rental - 80 € for cleaning - 30 € for swipe card
These deposits are not cashed and will be returned by mail within 30 days after departure, only if nothing needs to be fixed, replaced, house cleaning or anything else. In that case, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. If these costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay any additional charge due for repairing any damage. The deposit does not constitute a limit of liability
- CHECK-IN TIME for accommodations. From Saturday - Sunday or Wednesday at 4pm. Departure time prior to 10am.
Tenant needs to check the inventory & notify any faults (remarks regarding the cleaning, general state) at latest 24 hours after arrival, for us to act immediately. Complaints will not be taken into consideration after more than 24 hours after arrival.
- Check-out: think of booking an appointment, at the latest the day before your departure. Inventory check-out happens between 8 & 10 am.
- All properties are non-smoking, failure to comply will result in a minimum 75 € fine. Holiday-makers are responsible for their choice of accommodation.

FINAL CLEANING IS CHARGEABLE TO THE TENANT
- At the end of stay, the accommodation is to be left perfectly clean & the inventory may be checked. The customer shall bear the cost of any broken or damaged item as well as additional Cleaning Service. Should the opposite occur, a min 80-€ sum will be held (on the deposit). Additional Cleaning Fee may apply according to time to pass (45 €/h/cleaning lady). The customer shall bear the cost of restoring the accommodation to a fit state, if necessary. A vacuum cleaner is at the disposal of the tenants at the reception. Refer for further information to our website “Final Cleaning” page.
- Pets are not admitted in the accommodations
- Sheets & linen are not supplied (refer to the inventory on our website www.campingpleinsud.com), rent possible at the reception


SPECIFIC CONDITIONS: PITCH
- The reservation will be effective after payment of the 100-deposit (80 € + 20 € non-refundable booking fee) from the signature of the contract in double copies. The balance of the stay has to be paid in its entirety, 30 days prior to arrival.
- A 30 € deposit for the swipe card will be asked at your arrival
- Arrival time at 2 pm & departure prior to midday.
- In case of preliminary non-booking, the tenant has to warn the Manager of his departure date and has to pay his stay at the latest the day before his departure.

- Pets are welcome (except dogs of 1st and 2nd category) up-to-date European pet's passport will be presented on arrival. Pets must be vaccinated, tattooed and kept on leash. They cannot wander or locked alone on the pitch without their owner who is legally responsible. Supplement will be required at the booking stage for your pet(s).

- For your security & to avoid noise disturbance, showers will be closed from 11:30 pm till 7:00 am. A night toilet remains open at your disposal.



RATES

Included:
- The rental of accommodation/pitch (for the number of persons indicated. Your attention: a baby is considered as an individual).
- Gas & electricity supply for the accommodation
- Access to: the swimming pool (reserved exclusively for the Plein Suds' holiday-makers), playgrounds, sanitary facilities, some activities...
Excluded:
- booking fees
- Cancellation & interruption insurance
- Tourism tax
- Additional costs such as: pets, some activities, linen rental, cleaning of the rental at the end of stay, various rentals (baby kit, bicycles, Wi-Fi ...)

EXTRACT OF THE INTERNAL REGULATION
ADMISSION: Before any installation, the complete formalities of registration (will be necessarily made by the contracting person in charge. Tent, caravan as well as any other equipment relating to would be mounted
on the pitch indicated by the camp manager or his representative. The order and the cleanliness must be maintained in the surroundings.
RECEPTION: Open in July / August: 8am-12:30pm / 2pm-7:30pm; in April, May, June and September: 9am - noon / 2pm – 6pm. All information about services, tourist places & useful addresses are stuck at the reception office. They can be delivered to any customer on request.
TAXES: Taxes will be paid to the reception office. Their amount is displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception office and depends on the number of nights spent on site.
SERVICES: renting of bed-& bathroom linen, baby package, fridge at the reception.
NOISE AND SILENCE: Complete silence between 10 pm and 8am is required (conforming to the Prefectural order of June 6th, 1961) and cars circulation is forbidden between 11pm and 7am. Inside the campsite speed is limited to 10 km/h.
CHILDREN: Underage teenagers are not accepted without parents.
VISITORS: After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors will be allowed to enter the campsite under campers' responsibility.
Campers are allowed to greet one or few visitors at the reception office. The visitor has to pay a tax.
KEEPING APPEARANCE OF THE CAMP FITTINGS: Everybody should avoid any action which could prejudice the campsite cleanliness, hygiene and aspect. If necessary, hanging out the washing could be done at the condition to be discreet and not bother the neighborhoods.
SECURITY: Fire extinguishers are at everybody's disposal. A first-aid kit is available at the Information Centre. The Direction responsibility could not be involved in case of theft or damages occurred on the campsite.
