De nabijheid van de mooiste stranden van Baskische kust, de autenticiteit van de typische dorpen en de panoramas verrukken waarschijnlijk zowel de liefhebbers van het nietsdoen als die van watersportliefhebbers en natuurliefhebbers.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A PITCH

1. RATES

Rates include :

- the rental of a camping pitch with one vehicle only

- access to sanitary blocks

Rates do not include :

- the reservation fee of 15 euros in addition (non-refundable)

- tourist tax

2. BOOKING

a. Booking modalities: the booking must be made by a person of age and legal capacity. The contract is nominative and cannot be assigned. Only the persons named in the contract may be housed. For security and insurance reasons, it is forbidden to exceed the number of occupants per site: 6 people.

The request for reservation can be made by the reservation contract or through our online booking tool. Booking confirmation will become effective only with our agreement and after receipt of this contract form duly completed, dated, signed and accompanied by the payment of the deposit of 65 €.

b. Means of payment: Cash, CB or ANCV holiday vouchers. The bank cheques are accepted for the payment of the deposit and for the payment of the balance only if the stay is paid on arrival and includes 20 nights minimum.

3. CONDITIONS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival from 2pm, departure before 12pm.

You must inform us of any possible delay in your arrival.

We accept arrivals until the day after the scheduled arrival date, at noon the latest; after this time, the stay will be considered cancelled from the client and the full price of the stay needs to be paid. Departures after 12 pm will result in the billing of an additional night at the applicable rate of the season. All campers must present themselves at their arrival at the reception desk and complete the formalities for reception:

- an identity document, the vehicle registration, a mobile phone number

- the balance of the stay: no deduction will be made in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.

It is forbidden to invite strangers to the campsite without having received the prior approval of management.

4. CANCELLATION and INTERRUPTION

In the event of cancellation or interruption of the stay, the campsite is not responsible. Therefore, this will not give reason for any reimbursement from the campsite, and you will be held back or you will be required to:

- the reservation fee of 15€ (non-refundable)

- as severance pay:

* the totality of the deposit in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date

* the totality of the stay if you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival date

It is up to you to make arrangements with your insurance company or any other insurance company for a special cancellation contract.

5. ANIMALS

Dogs (except categories 1 or 2) and cats are accepted on presentation of the vaccination record. Dogs will be charged extra. They must be kept on a leash and must never be left alone. It is forbidden to

take a walk and let them relieve themselves inside the campsite. Any person not respecting cleanliness will be excluded from the campsite.

6.ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT

Any reservation implies the acceptance of the rules and conditions descibed above. See the full rules of procedure posted at the reception.

7. CIVIL LIABILITY

It is the responsibility of the tenant to take out all insurance to guarantee the risks, theft, fire, water damage and in the event of an incident falling within the scope of the civil liability of the tenant. The management disclaims all responsibility for any disappearance of valuables from the campsite.

8. COMPETENT COURT

The court of Bayonne is the only competent court in case of dispute.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL ACCOMODATION

1. RATES

Rates include :

- rental accommodation, chalet or mobilhome

- a parking space on the rental site (only one vehicle allowed)

- water and gas consumption. Electricity consumption is included for 10kw/day (the excess is charged 0.15€/kw)

Rates do not include :

- the reservation fee of 15 euros in addition (non-refundable)

- tourist tax

- the electricity overrun taken at the meter (charged 0.15€/kw)

2. BOOKING

a. Booking modalities: the booking must be made by a person of age and legal capacity. The contract is nominative and cannot be assigned. All reservation request must include the following information: Last name, First name and date of birth of the persons accommodated. Only the persons named in the contract may be housed. For security and insurance reasons, it is forbidden to exceed the number of intended occupants per accommodation. The request for reservation can be made by the reservation contract or through our online booking tool. Booking confirmation will become effective only with our agreement and after receipt of this contract form duly completed, dated, signed and accompanied by the payment of the deposit of 30% of the stay + 15€ of expenses, within 7 days following the pre-reservation. The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before the date of arrival. If the reservation request takes place less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the full amount of the total price is immediately due. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of the reservation contract.

b. Means of payment: Cash, bank cheque, CB or ANCV holiday vouchers.

3. CONDITIONS LINKED TO ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival from 4pm, departure before 10am.

In the event of late arrival or early departure for any reason whatsoever, no refund, no reduction, no compensation will be made. Two deposits will be required at the beginning of the rental period: 300€ for any damage, 65€ cleaning deposit. An entry-check, based on a quantified inventory, will be given to you upon your arrival. The customer must make the remarks on the inventory within 24 hours of arrival, otherwise the inventory will be considered accepted. The deposits will be returned to you, after the inventory of fixtures has been drawn up by both parties.

The amount of the termination benefit, net of allowances for :

- any damage caused or loss of object during your rental.

- the state of cleanliness of the accommodation (the sum of 50€ will be withheld for cleaning expenses, if the rental is not in a perfect state of cleanliness and ready to be rented again).

The cleaning costs do not include the cleaning of dishes and utensils of the kitchen as well as their storage.

For any departure outside the scheduled times or days, the bail will be torn up. Any departure outside the opening hours of the reception desk

needs to be planned the day before. You must inform us of any delays in your arrival. We accept arrivals up to the day after the scheduled arrival date,

maximum 12 hours; after this time the stay will be considered as cancelled due to the client and the payment of the stay will be kept by the campsite. It is forbidden to invite guests on the campsite without prior authorization from the management.
