These GTCS prevail over any other version or conflicting document.

2 – PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION – SERVICES – RATES

Services and rates

Campsites offer two types of Stay:

-         Pitch (installation of a tent, caravan or motorhome by the Customer)

-         Accommodation (furnished accommodation made available to the Customer)

The maximum capacity of each Pitch or Accommodation is indicated at the time of booking and must be respected.

Pitch Stay

The Campsite provides the Customer with a bare Pitch for the purpose of installing a tent, caravan or motorhome.

The total number of persons occupying a Pitch may not exceed six (6) unless otherwise stated.

The Comfort package also includes an electric hook-up.

Any additional persons or equipment on the Pitch may be charged extra.

Specific rules on capacity or pricing may apply to some Pitches.

At some Campsites, caravans and motorhomes are not allowed on certain types of Pitch.

Changes to rates

Rates may change over the course of a season.

The applicable rates are those indicated on the Website at the time of booking.

The total price of the Stay includes:

3 – BOOKING – FORMATION OF CONTRACT – PAYMENT

Booking terms and conditions

The Customer can make a booking:

-         online,

-         by phone,

-         by post,

-         directly at the Campsite.

All bookings entail acceptance of these GTCS.

The following amounts are payable at the time of booking:

-         an advance payment amounting to 40-100% of the total price of the Stay,

-         booking fee,

-         cancellation insurance if required.

For Stays of one or two nights on a Pitch, payment is required in full at the time of booking.

For bookings made on the Website, double-click confirmation is equivalent to a firm order.

The booking becomes final upon receipt of the requested payment and upon dispatch of the booking confirmation.

Payment of the balance

The balance of the price of the Stay is payable:

-         30 days prior to arrival for rental accommodation

-         immediately for any booking made less than 30 days before arrival

-         on site for camping pitches

If payment is not made by the relevant deadlines, the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled.

At the time of booking, the Customer may authorise an automatic debit, on the date indicated at the time of booking, of the balance of the price on the bank card used to pay the advance payment.

Payment methods

Payment for the Stay shall be made in euros via the payment method selected at the time of booking, whether the booking is made online, by phone, by post or directly at the Campsite.

Accepted payment methods and any limitations thereto are specified at the time of booking, prior to confirmation.

Cooling-off period

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of French Consumer Code, the 14-day cooling-off period available in principle to consumers on contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises does not apply to accommodation services provided on a given date or at a given frequency. Consequently, the Customer cannot exercise a right of withdrawal with respect to booking a Stay.

4 – ALLOCATION OF PITCHES AND ACCOMMODATION – ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Allocation of Pitches and Accommodation

Pitches are allocated by the Campsite according to availability and the order in which bookings are registered. Customers cannot request a specific Pitch unless they selected the “Pitch Preference” option at the time of booking. This option is subject to availability.

At the time of booking, Customers must specify the characteristics of their equipment (type of installation, dimensions, vehicle or associated equipment) and ensure that it is compatible with the Pitch they intend to book.

Some equipment may be prohibited or subject to limitations, depending on dimensions or Campsite layout.

For information purposes, caravans and motorhomes longer than 7.5 metres may not be accepted for certain Pitches.

In case of doubt, the Customer should contact the Campsite before arrival.

The Campsite reserves the right to refuse installation or access to the site if the equipment presented does not match the information provided at the time of booking or is incompatible with the Pitch that has been booked.

Vehicle parking

Only one vehicle per Pitch or Accommodation is allowed inside the Campsite.

Depending on the Campsite and period, vehicles are parked either directly on the Pitch or, especially in the case of pedestrianised Campsites, in a nearby car park.

Trailers (motorcycle, car, boat) are allowed at an extra charge, up to a limit of one trailer per Pitch.

Any additional vehicles must be parked outside the Campsite.

Arrivals and departures

The Customer must report to reception on arrival in order to register their Stay and obtain access to the Campsite’s facilities and services.

Pitches are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by midday on the day of departure.

Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Vehicle access and installation on Pitches are prohibited after 11 p.m. in order to avoid disturbance on site.

Late arrival and early departure

In the event of late arrival, the Customer must notify the Campsite as soon as possible.

Failing notification within 24 hours following the scheduled arrival date, the Pitch or Accommodation may be made available for other bookings.

Amounts already paid shall be retained in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms and conditions.

In the event of early departure, no refund will be made unless provided for by the Customer’s cancellation insurance, where applicable.

5 – AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE

Amending a Stay

All requests for changes (dates, destination, type of Accommodation or Pitch) shall constitute an amendment to the Stay.

Amendment options and deadlines depend on the rate chosen by the Customer and are specified at the time of booking.

No changes may be made or dates postponed to the following season. No changes may be made after 30 September of the current year.

If the price of the amended Stay is higher than the original Stay, the Customer shall pay the difference.

However, no refund will be granted if the price is lower.

Amendment and cancellation terms and conditions depend on the rate chosen at the time of booking:

-         changes and cancellations may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival. Advance payments are non-refundable.

The detailed terms and conditions applicable to each rate are specified at the time of booking and on the Website.

All requests must be sent before the deadline applicable to the chosen rate and remain subject to availability.

Any request for amendment may give rise to the application of a cancellation or amendment fee, at the applicable rate, and may require the payment of surcharges related to the requested change.

If the Campsite is required to amend the services initially offered for the Stay, it shall make every effort to provide similar services; the Customer may then accept the proposed amendment or terminate the contract and receive a refund of any amounts paid, under the conditions set out in Article L214-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Cancellation of the Stay by the Customer

Cancellation terms and conditions depend on the rate chosen at the time of booking.

Some promotional offers or special rates (including “No Flex”) cannot be cancelled.

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the contact address provided at the time of booking or on the Website.

The following cancellation fees shall apply:

-         40% of the price of the Stay up to and including 30 days prior to arrival

-         100% of the price of the Stay from 29 days prior to arrival

Booking fees and any cancellation insurance purchased are non-refundable.

No refund may be offered for ancillary services booked but not used by the Customer.

Cancellation of the Stay by the Campsite

If the Stay is cancelled by the Campsite, except in the event of force majeure or exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, all amounts paid by the Customer shall be fully refunded when the Stay is cancelled prior to its commencement.

If the Stay is cancelled after its commencement, the Customer will be offered a Stay of equivalent or higher quality at no extra cost.

If the Customer accepts a lower quality Stay, he/she shall receive a price reduction corresponding to the difference between the services initially offered and those actually provided.

Cancellation and interruption of Stay insurance (optional)

“Cancellation and interruption of stay” insurance may be offered at the time of booking.

This insurance is optional and does not constitute a condition for booking the Stay. A separate insurance policy is taken out with CAMPING’s partner insurer.

The general terms of insurance specifying coverages, exclusions, insurance limits and claim procedures may be consulted on the Website prior to purchase and are sent to the Customer on a durable medium after purchase.

In the event of a claim, the Customer must declare their claim directly to the insurer in accordance with the policy terms and conditions.

The Customer is invited to check whether he/she is already sufficiently covered by other insurance policies (bank card, other insurance).

When multiple insurance policies apply, the provisions of Articles L121-1 and L121-4 of the French Insurance Code shall apply.

6 – SECURITY DEPOSIT – ON-SITE EXPENSES – CLEANING – HIRE SERVICES

Security deposit

To facilitate arrival and the organisation of their Stay, the Customer may be invited to pre-register online before arriving.

This procedure allows the Customer to provide a security deposit by means of a simple bank card pre-authorisation, with no money being debited from the Customer’s bank account at this point. The pre-authorisation is retained for a maximum of two (2) months after the end of the Stay.

Online pre-registration also allows the Customer to simplify arrival formalities, avoid on-site payment of certain security deposits related to the Accommodation or ancillary equipment rental (barbecue, fridge, baby kit, bicycles, etc.) and, if they wish, to run a tab (“holiday tab”) for on-site expenses in order to pay them all together at the end of the Stay.

The security deposit allows the Campsite to deduct any outstanding amounts owed by the Customer, within the limits specified below, for example in respect of:

-         extra cleaning costs if the Accommodation is not left in a proper state of cleanliness (maximum €120);

-         failure to return or damage to rented equipment (barbecue, fridge, baby kit, etc.) (maximum €100);

-         observed damage to the Accommodation or its facilities (maximum €300);

-         damage to bicycles, stand up paddles, canoes, boats and associated equipment, within the limits provided for in the rental contracts or applicable repair checklists;

-         any amounts owed for accommodation or services consumed on site and not paid for by the time of departure;

-         lost or damaged key replacement (maximum €10);

-         the costs of deodorising the Accommodation and restoring it to proper condition in the event of non-compliance with the smoking ban (€300).

In the event of a deduction from the security deposit (in particular for cleaning costs, key replacement or repairs), the Campsite will issue the corresponding invoice to the Customer.

In the event of a single booking for multiple Accommodation units or Pitches, a single security deposit may be paid for all Accommodation units or Pitches included in the booking. However, upon arrival, the Customer may request individual security deposits and holiday tabs per Accommodation or Pitch.

Payment at the end of the Stay – Holiday tab

The Customer may choose to pay their expenses at the end of the Stay.

Purchases are recorded on a holiday tab and paid for at the time of departure.

The Customer receives a daily summary of recorded expenses.

In the event of non-payment, the Campsite may debit the amounts owed from the bank card used to make the booking, within a maximum period of 8 days after departure.

Cleaning

The Customer must return the Accommodation in a clean and tidy state.

An end-of-stay cleaning fee may be charged on site.

Rates may be consulted on the Website.

Rental of ancillary equipment

Depending on availability, the Customer may rent ancillary equipment (barbecue, fridge, baby kit, etc.).

The equipment is deemed to be provided to the Customer in good condition.

The Customer must make normal use of the equipment and return it in a clean condition.

7 – CONDITIONS OF STAY

Activities

The activities referred to on the Website or offered on site are stated for information purposes only.

They may be modified or cancelled for organisational, safety or weather reasons.

Minors

Children under the age of 18 not accompanied by a parent or legal representative are not allowed on Campsites.

Pets

A single pet is allowed per Accommodation or Pitch, subject to a daily fee.

Pets must be kept on a lead and are not allowed in communal areas.

Pets must satisfy the following requirements:

-         valid rabies vaccination

-         identification by chip or tattoo

Dangerous dogs (French category 1 and 2) and recently adopted pets are not allowed.

Internal regulations

A copy of the internal regulations is available for consultation at Campsite reception.

Customers are required to read and comply with these regulations.

In the event of a serious breach of the internal regulations, management may take any appropriate action, including termination of the contract and eviction of the Customer.

8 – LIABILITY – LOSS – THEFT – DAMAGE

Stays are not covered by hotel operators’ liability as provided for by Articles 1952 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

The Campsite accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage to personal effects in Accommodation units, on Pitches or in communal areas, except in the event of proven breach of obligations by the Campsite.

Each Customer shall remain liable for any damage he/she may cause to third parties or to the property of the Campsite, in accordance with the Customer’s civil liability.

Car parks are not guarded and vehicles are parked there at the Customer’s risk.

9 – PERSONAL DATA

The Customer’s personal data is processed by the CAMPSITE in accordance with its privacy policy, which may be consulted at any time via the following link: Huttopia Personal Data Protection Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of these general terms and conditions.

In accordance with Article L223-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may register their phone number free of charge to opt out of unsolicited sales and marketing calls on www.bloctel.gouv.fr.

10 – FORCE MAJEURE AND EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of the occurrence of a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, the performance of the Parties’ obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.

Besides the events recognised by French case law, the following events among others are liable to constitute cases of force majeure: natural disasters (storm, flood, fire, earthquake), epidemics or pandemics, administrative decisions or closures imposed by public authorities, fire risks or any circumstance that renders access to or the operation of the Campsite impossible or dangerous.

If the force majeure event prevents the completion of the Stay on the scheduled dates, the Customer will be offered an alternative solution, including postponement of the Stay or an equivalent service where possible.

In the absence of an alternative solution acceptable to the Parties, the contract may be terminated without compensation and any amounts paid shall be refunded to the Customer.

11 – COMPLAINTS – MEDIATION – LANGUAGE – GOVERNING LAW

Complaints and mediation

In the event of a dispute concerning the validity, interpretation or performance of the contract, the Customer shall first address its complaint to:

Camping du Lac de Saint Pardoux

Rue Grange Lavaud

87250 SAINT-PARDOUX-LE-LAC

info@campinglacsaintpardoux;com

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the absence of an amicable solution the Customer may refer the matter to the consumer mediator, free of charge, within a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of the Customer’s written complaint, by writing to:

SAS Médiation Solution

222 Chemin de la Bergerie

01800 Saint-Jean-de-Niost – France

https://www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr

contact@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr

If the mediation fails, the matter may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in accordance with standard applicable legal provisions.

Language – Governing law

These general terms and conditions are drafted in French and are translated for the Customer’s convenience into English, German, Dutch, Spanish and Italian. In the event of conflicting interpretations between the different versions, the French version shall prevail.

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to the Customer as consumer in his/her country of residence.

Severability – No waiver

Should one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions be held invalid or unenforceable pursuant to a law, regulation or final court ruling, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver by either Party of a breach of obligation hereunder by the other Party shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same obligation.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR "GROUPS"

These general terms and conditions governing rentals are valid from 21 April 2026

PREAMBLE

These special terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "ST&CS") are intended to supplement and amend General terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GT&CS") to which the ST&CS are appended. These ST&CS take precedence over the GT&CS in order to take into account the specific nature of the products and/or to take account of the trade terms specific to a group and the professional purpose of the booking. A group is characterised by a booking made by (i) an organization (club, association, employee representative body, community, school group, non-profit organization, etc.) (ii) for a group of persons who are (a) members of this organization or (b) for whom this organization is responsible under a duty of vigilance or other legal obligation or (c) who are bound by a contract the purpose or effect of which enables them to benefit from the STAY; and (iii) for the needs of its activities or corporate purpose (excluding an industrial, artisanal, professional or agricultural activity) and hereinafter referred to as a "GROUP CUSTOMER".

GROUP CUSTOMERS guarantee and vouch for compliance with their contractual obligations by those persons making up the group concerned by the booking (hereinafter the "PARTICIPANTS").

PRICING AND BILLING

The campsite will provide the GROUP CUSTOMER with a detailed quote upon request.

The prices in the quote are firm for 30 days from the date the quote is sent to the GROUP CUSTOMER.

A global invoice will be sent to the GROUP CUSTOMER at the billing address that the GROUP CUSTOMER must have confirmed and provided to the CAMPSITE.

CHANGING THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS FOR GROUP STAYS

If the number of PARTICIPANTS is lower than that requested for in the quote, the price of the STAY will remain unchanged. If the number of PARTICIPANTS is greater than that requested for in the quote, the CAMPSITE concerned reserves the right to refuse the additional PARTICIPANTS. If the CAMPSITE agrees to accommodate the additional PARTICIPANTS, the additional payment for the STAY must be made before the additional PARTICIPANTS arrive on the CAMPSITE.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A “Group” security deposit is required from the organiser to cover any potential costs related to damage, loss of equipment, cleaning not carried out, or unpaid services.

The amount of the security deposit depends on the number of accommodations booked:

  • €950 for groups with fewer than 10 rental units,
  • €1,500 for groups with between 10 and 20 rental units,
  • €2,000 for groups with more than 20 rental units.

An additional security deposit of €400 will be required if a room is rented.

The security deposit must be paid by the GROUP CLIENT via bank transfer no later than 10 days before the group’s arrival date.

This deposit will be held by the CAMPSITE until the end of the stay and will be fully refunded to the GROUP CLIENT, unless any issues are identified at the end of the stay (damage, cleaning not carried out, missing equipment, or unpaid)

ACCOMMODATION CLEANLINESS

All ACCOMMODATION is non-smoking. GROUP CUSTOMERS must not smoke inside the ACCOMMODATION.

GROUP CUSTOMERS must ensure that cleaning is carried out on a regular basis in order to keep the ACCOMMODATION in good condition.

For any STAY longer than 2 weeks, a cleaning fee will be charged every 14 days to GROUP CUSTOMERS for each accommodation. If the cleanliness of the ACCOMMODATIONS is deemed insufficient, the CAMPSITE may decide to bill the GROUP CUSTOMER for a higher flat rate for cleaning costs per mobile home, chalet or other ACCOMMODATION. This bill must be paid on receipt.

The cleaning fee does not include cleaning the dishes, the refrigerator or taking out the rubbish bins (these tasks are incumbent on GROUP CUSTOMERS).

CATERING FOR GROUPS

If the quote includes one or more meals at the CAMPSITE, the GROUP CUSTOMER must specify the exact number of meals booked in writing (email or post) no later than 14 days before their arrival. If the number of meals consumed is less than the number booked, the GROUP CUSTOMER will not be entitled to any refund.

GROUP SUPERVISION FOR MINORS

An adult must be present in each accommodation where minors are present and must supervise these minors. No exceptions to this clause will be allowed unless such stipulations are specifically approved in writing by the CAMPSITE.

BEHAVIOUR ON THE CAMPSITE AND USE OF FACILITIES

The CAMPSITE is first and foremost family-friendly, calm holiday resorts. PARTICIPANTS must respect this and use the facilities made available to GROUP CUSTOMERS with moderation, and in any case not the entire group at the same time. The various facilities available to GROUP CUSTOMERS must be used while respecting other CUSTOMERS and without excess. When the leisure facilities on the CAMPSITE are used by groups of minors, there must be no more than 8 people in the group (including 1 adult supervisor). Vehicles must come and go in accordance with the timetables set out in the internal regulations.

Any damage to facilities caused by a PARTICIPANT must be paid for before leaving the CAMPSITE.

If immediate payment is not possible, the CAMPSITE will deduct the cost of repairing the damage from the security deposit. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover the costs, the GROUP CUSTOMER undertakes to pay the balance on presentation of the invoice.

RESPECT FOR THE PREMISES AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS

PARTICIPANTS must avoid any noise or discussions that could disturb their neighbours. There must be complete silence between 11 pm and 8 am.

The GROUP CUSTOMER shall ensure that PARTICIPANTS do not disrupt the operation of the site or jeopardize site security or the safety of the persons on the site.

A copy of the internal regulations is available at the reception desk of each CAMPSITE.

GROUP CUSTOMERS undertake to read these regulations, to comply with them and ensure that PARTICIPANTS do the same. Should these regulations or any legal provisions be blatantly disregarded, the manager of the CAMPSITE in question may impose penalties up to and including termination of the contract.

If PARTICIPANTS are to blame for a nuisance that causes a prejudice to the CAMPSITE, the GROUP CUSTOMER may be asked to pay compensation for the prejudice suffered. This compensation may be deducted from the security deposit.

CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE

The GROUP CUSTOMER undertakes to provide a certificate of civil liability insurance covering the group's STAY when signing the quote. This is an essential condition for booking the STAY.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR "BUSINESS CUSTOMERS"

These general terms and conditions governing rentals are valid from 21 April 2026

PREAMBLE

These special terms and conditions of sale (the "ST&CS") are intended to supplement and amend General terms and conditions of sale ("GT&CS") of which the CUSTOMER must be aware. These ST&CS take precedence over the GT&CS in order to take into account the specific nature of the products and/or to take account of the trade terms specific to customers acting in a professional capacity. A business customer is any natural person or legal entity acting in a professional capacity in connection with their commercial, industrial, artisanal, professional or agricultural business activities, including when they are acting in the name of or on behalf of another professional (hereinafter referred to as a "BUSINESS CUSTOMER").

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS are liable for any damage caused by the goods in their care, and guarantee and vouch for compliance with their contractual obligations by those persons making up the group concerned by the booking, for whom BUSINESS CUSTOMERS assume full responsibility, under the conditions laid down in article 1242 et seq. of the Civil Code.

PRICING AND BILLING

the CAMPSITE will provide the BUSINESS CUSTOMER with a detailed quote upon request.

The prices in the quote are firm for 30 days from the date the quote is sent to the BUSINESS CUSTOMER.

A global invoice will be sent to the BUSINESS CUSTOMER at the billing address that the BUSINESS CUSTOMER must have confirmed and provided to the CAMPSITE.

Any sum not paid by the due date shall automatically incur a late payment penalty equal to three (3) times the legal interest rate in force on the due date. The statutory flat fee to cover collection costs with respect to commercial transactions will be added to the amount of the unpaid invoice for the amount in force on the date of issue of the invoice (i.e. €40 on the date of effect of this document), as provided for in article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code or any provision replacing or supplementing it. An additional indemnity will also be charged if collection costs incurred exceed the amount of the statutory flat fee.

CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF PERSONS

When the booking is based on a quote and if the effective number of persons who arrive is lower than that requested in the quote, the price of the STAY will remain unchanged. If the number of persons is greater than that requested in the quote, the CAMPSITE concerned reserves the right to refuse the additional persons. If the CAMPSITE agrees to accommodate the additional persons, an additional payment for their STAY must be made before the additional persons concerned arrive at the CAMPSITE. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS guarantee and vouch for compliance with their contractual obligations by these additional persons, for whom they assume full responsibility, under the conditions laid down in article 1242 et seq. of the Civil Code.

USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION

In accordance with the laws governing classified campsites, the rented ACCOMMODATION cannot constitute the BUSINESS CUSTOMER's primary residence, and the BUSINESS CUSTOMER must provide proof of their primary address.

CAMPING PITCHES and ACCOMMODATIONS will be used solely for temporary private accommodation and may not be used for any industrial, commercial, artisanal or other professional activities.

In particular, it is forbidden to store materials in the ACCOMMODATIONS.

BEHAVIOUR ON THE CAMPSITE

The CAMPSITE is first and foremost family-friendly, calm holiday resorts. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS must respect this and use the facilities available with moderation, and in any case not the entire group at the same time. The various facilities available to BUSINESS CUSTOMERS must be used while respecting other CUSTOMERS and without excess.

Vehicles must come and go in accordance with the timetables set out in the internal regulations.

Any damage to facilities caused by the BUSINESS CUSTOMER or one of the persons in the group booking for whom the BUSINESS CUSTOMER assumes responsibility, must be paid for before leaving the CAMPSITE. If immediate payment is not possible, the CAMPSITE will deduct the cost of repairing the damage from the security deposit. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover the costs, the BUSINESS CUSTOMER undertakes to pay the balance on presentation of the invoice.

RESPECT FOR THE PREMISES AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS must avoid any noise or discussions that could disturb their neighbours. There must be complete silence between 11 pm and 8 am.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS shall ensure that the operation of the site is not disrupted and that site security and the safety of the persons on the site is not jeopardized.

A copy of the internal regulations is available at the reception desk on each of our sites. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS must read these regulations and comply with them. Should these regulations be blatantly disregarded, the manager of the CAMPSITE in question may impose penalties up to and including termination of the contract.

If members of the group are to blame for a nuisance that causes a prejudice to the CAMPSITE, the BUSINESS CUSTOMER may be asked to pay compensation for the prejudice suffered. This compensation may be deducted from the security deposit.

All people present are required to refrain from any action that could damage the hygiene or appearance of the CAMPSITE.

The cost of repairing any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities on the CAMPSITE will be at the expense of the BUSINESS CUSTOMER.

ACCOMMODATION CLEANLINESS

All ACCOMMODATION is non-smoking. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS must not smoke inside the ACCOMMODATIONS.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS must ensure that cleaning is carried out on a regular basis in order to keep the ACCOMMODATION in good condition.

For any STAY longer than 2 weeks, a cleaning fee will be charged every 7 days to BUSINESS CUSTOMERS for each accommodation. If the cleanliness of the ACCOMMODATIONS is deemed insufficient, the CAMPSITE may decide to bill the BUSINESS CUSTOMER for a higher flat rate for ACCOMMODATION cleaning costs. This bill must be paid on receipt.

The cleaning fee does not include cleaning the dishes, the refrigerator or taking out the rubbish bins (these tasks are incumbent on BUSINESS CUSTOMERS).

PROFESSIONAL CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS undertake to provide a professional civil liability insurance certificate on first request.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute that cannot be settled out of court will be referred exclusively to the courts in the jurisdiction of the Lyon Cour d'Appel (FRANCE).
