Positief: Heel vriendelijke dame aan de receptie die ons een goede uitleg gaf over het park.
Kan beter: Zwembad was heel druk ,spijtig dat het niet langer open was voor de verblijvers . Genoten van de glijbanen !

Kan beter: Refaire les routes! Aussi bien au niveau de la piscine, mini golf.... que au niveau du camping, la monter est pleines de trou, le parking est mal fait (pas devant les mobilhome)

Kan beter: Mobile Home très proche des emplacements pour les tentes, énormément de bruit. Nous nous sommes trouvés sans gaz pour cuisiner (nous avons seulement cuisiné 1 fois) la veille du départ. Quand j'ai signalé à la réception la personne m'a répondu, je cite "vous n'avez pas eu de chance " et m'a également précisé que ils ne vérifient pas s'il reste du gaz ou pas. Séjour de 4 jours qui revient très cher, location et activités payantes non incluses. Je ne reviendrai pas !

Positief: Très beau Camping dans un cadre sauvage, activités au top, la piscine et jeux d’eau géniaux, idéal pour les enfants
Kan beter: La musique dans l’espace piscine est assommante et empêche de se relaxer. On vient surtout chercher de la détente et de la nature cela contraste un peu trop. Idem pour les colos qui viennent au camping, leur musique empiète sur l’espace sonore collectif. Cela n’est pas respectueux envers ceux qui cherchent un peu de calme et de déconnexion. Ce serait bien d’apporter une vigilance à cela.

Île de loisirs
Positief: J'ai aimé le calme des mobil home et la climatisation à l'intérieur. Un très bon accueil sur place et une bonne organisation.
Kan beter: Ce qui a été compliqué sur place c'est les déplacements avec la poussette et mon bébé. Il n'y a pas de chemin pour rouler avec une poussette car le sable enlise les roues. C'est très physique et épuisant car il faut rouler avec la poussette en arrière. La passerelle pour traverser afin d’acceder à la piscine est très compliquée car elle est en pente raide, une horreur pour ne pas tomber.

Chouette, mais...
Positief: Le site, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de l'hébergement.
Kan beter: Beaucoup, beaucoup trop de monde à la piscine... nous avons dû fuir les espaces de baignades, alors que nous pensions y passer l'essentiel du séjour. Dommage également que la densité des mobil-homes ait augmenté dans l'espace camping depuis l'an dernier...

Ile de Loisirs de Buthiers Campground
Article 1 - Scope of Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of vacation packages made on the website https://www.buthiers.iledeloisirs.fr/. They form an integral part of any contract entered into between Île de Loisirs and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to making any reservation for a stay, on behalf of themselves and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with applicable law, these general terms and conditions are made available to all customers for informational purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They may also be obtained upon written request addressed to the establishment’s headquarters.
Article 2 - Reservation Conditions
2.1 Prices and Payment
The price of stays is listed in euros, including VAT.
For rental reservations: All rentals are non-transferable and must be in the name of the person making the reservation. The rental becomes effective only with our approval and after receipt of the total amount for the stay and the reservation fees.
In the event of an unreported delay, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the reservation contract. After this period, the reservation will be void, and any amount paid will be retained by the management of the Île de Loisirs.
2.2 Reservation Changes
No refund will be issued in the event of late arrival
2.3 Cancellation
Any reservation not paid in full in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be canceled. For any cancellation received more than:
- 90 days before the start date of the stay, 70% of the payment will be refunded*.
- 30 days before the start date of the stay, 50% of the payment will be refunded*.
- up to 7 days before the start date of the stay, 30% of the payment will be refunded*.
*Upon presentation of supporting documentation (illness, accident, etc.)
2.4 Right of Withdrawal
The legal provisions regarding the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling, as set forth in the Consumer Code, do not apply to tourism services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Therefore, for any booking of a stay with Île de Loisirs, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
Article 3 - Course of the Stay
3.1 Check-in and Check-out
For rentals: check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., and check-out is before 10:00 a.m., any day of the week.
3.2 Additional Charges
In the event of damage, additional charges may be added to the price of your stay.
3.3 Departure
Any return of keys or vacating of the site after 10:00 a.m. will result in a charge for an additional night’s stay. Any extension of your stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Pets
Pets are allowed (except in the Espace Partage and Espace Détente areas)
3.5 Rules and Regulations
As required by law, you must comply with our rules and regulations, which have been filed with the prefecture, are posted at our reception desk, and a copy of which will be provided to you upon request.
Article 4 - Liability
The leisure park accepts no liability for damage to the renter’s equipment caused by the renter’s own actions; civil liability insurance for your equipment is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 - Governing Law
These general terms and conditions are governed by French law, and any dispute regarding their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de grande instance.

The 24 tent sites of the Ile de Loisirs are located in the Fontainebleau forest. Spacious pitches in a essential site for climbers.
Hiking enthousiasts, you can take advantage of the numerous paths and trails to explore the forest.
We also offer many activities on our site, upon reservation.
Barbecues and fires are prohibited!
Pitches not accessible to caravans, motorhomes and vans.

Onze 2-sterrencamping heet u welkom met het gezin of met vrienden voor een verblijf in een bosrijke omgeving.
Informatie:
- Aankomst tussen 14.00 en 17.00 uur bij de algemene receptie van het recreatiepark
- Het verblijf moet op de dag van vertrek vóór 10.00 uur worden vrijgegeven en de sleutel moet worden ingeleverd bij de hoofdreceptie van het recreatiepark;
- Beddengoed en badmatten worden verstrekt (denk eraan uw eigen handdoeken mee te nemen)
- Nespresso-koffiemachine met pads
- U dient zelf de accommodatie schoon te maken tijdens uw verblijf en vóór het inleveren;
- Na elk vertrek vindt een plaatsbeschrijving plaats
Activiteiten inbegrepen in het huurpakket:
