General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Camping Calella
1. General Information
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Camping Calella, located at Chemin de Diccepone, 20230 Linguizzetta (France), and any person wishing to book accommodation (bungalow, mobile home, etc.) or a camping pitch.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Booking and Deposit
To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit of the total stay amount is required. The booking will only be considered final once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent by the campsite.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than three weeks before arrival, or upon arrival at the campsite. Payments may be made in cash, by credit card, by bank transfer, or by cheque (subject to acceptance conditions).

In addition, a tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. The amount of this tax is set annually by the local municipality.

3. Prices
Prices are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), according to the VAT rates in force at the time of booking. They include the rental of the accommodation or pitch, as well as access to the campsite facilities (excluding optional services).
Prices may be adjusted in the event of changes in tax or pricing regulations.

4. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation request must be made in writing (email or letter).

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: refund of 80% of the total stay price.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: refund of 50% of the total stay price.
Cancellation between 15 and 7 days before arrival: refund of 30% of the total stay price.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund will be issued.
Any stay that has begun is due in full, even in the event of early departure.

5. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: before 10:00 AM
Any late departure may result in the charge of an additional night. An inventory check is carried out upon arrival and departure for accommodations.

6. Security Deposit
A €300 security deposit may be required upon arrival for accommodations. It will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation and deduction of any cleaning or repair costs, if applicable.

7. Internal Rules
All guests must comply with the campsite’s internal rules, displayed at the reception. Any serious breach (noise disturbance, failure to follow safety rules, inappropriate behavior) may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

8. Liability
Camping Calella declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Facilities must be used for their intended purpose. Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.

9. Pets
Pets are allowed. When accepted, they must be kept on a leash, properly identified, and vaccinated in accordance with current regulations. A supplement fee applies.

10. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for managing your booking and may be used for commercial purposes (newsletter, special offers) with your consent. In accordance with French Data Protection Law and the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data upon written request.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the client may contact:

the Tourism Mediation Service (contact details available upon request), or
the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Failing an amicable agreement, the competent court shall be that of the campsite’s location.
