Camping Couleurs Du Monde * * *, is ideaal gelegen in het hart van het Loiredal en tegenover de middeleeuwse donjon van Montrichard. Gelegen tussen de prestigieuze kastelen CHENONCEAU (12 km), BLOIS (38 km), CHAMBORD (62 km), CHEVERNY (32 km), CHAUMONT SUR LOIRE (21 km), AMBOISE (20 km) en Le CLOS LUCE (museum gewijd aan LEONARD DE VINCI) om maar de bekendste te noemen. De camping ligt op slechts 19 km van het Zooparc van Beauval en is omgeven door talrijke wijngaarden. Op slechts 800m van de camping vindt u zelfs een zandstrand aan de oever van de Cher waar u kunt zonnen en zwemmen en waterfietsen of kano's kunt huren!

1.GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CAMPING COULEURS DU MONDE GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 Each validated reservation automatically implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

1.2 These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of holidays made on the www.camping-couleurs-du-monde.com website, by post, email or telephone. The booking fee is €20.

1.3 Reservations are strictly personal and may not be transferred to another person.

1.4 The following methods of payment are accepted: credit card (excluding American Express), bank or postal cheques, ANCV and ANCV Connect holiday vouchers, bank transfers and cash.

1.5 It is the customer's responsibility to take out insurance, as the campsite management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather beyond its control, or any other incident for which the customer is liable. Use of the swimming pools and play areas is under the full responsibility and supervision of the accompanying persons.

1.6 The management of Camping Couleurs du Monde will not be held responsible if non-compliance with the contract is due to force majeure. Force majeure is defined as any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the French Civil Code. In this case, a postponement of the stay will be proposed for the current season and the following season or, where applicable, the decree issued by the government will be applied. 1.7 Specific requests concerning the pitch (shade, sun, side-by-side, etc.) are not side by side, etc.) are not guaranteed and cannot under any circumstances be the subject of a price reduction if the request is not honoured. 1.8 Visitors to the campsite must report to reception and will be charged at the current rate shown on our price list, up to a limit of 10 people per pitch, including visitors. Visitors' vehicles must be parked at the campsite entrance or in the Carrefour car park. It is forbidden to bring these vehicles onto the campsite.

1.9 Pets are permitted for campers with their own equipment, provided that the surrounding area is clean and quiet, and on presentation of an up-to-date vaccination certificate, with the exception of category 1 and 2 dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and must not be left unattended on the pitch. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area or the toilet block. 1.10 Minors are authorised to stay at the campsite provided that they are accompanied by a legal representative for the entire stay.

1.11 Late arrivals and early departures: no reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.

1.12 For all stays, a tourist tax of €0.61 per person aged 18 and over per night will be applied. The eco-participation is €0.30 per person per night.

1.13 Cancellation insurance can be taken out with our partner Campez Couvert and will be charged at 4.8% of the total amount of the stay, excluding booking fees, with a minimum amount of €15. In the event of partial or total cancellation of the stay, the General Conditions of Cancellation of Campez Couvert will be applied.

1.14 If you choose the Flex Rate, you may change your booking twice without incurring any charges, plus any price differences. No refunds will be made in the event of a lower price or cancellation less than 10 days before the planned date of arrival. The Flex Rate option can only be purchased at the time of booking. Booking fee and Flex Fee are not refundable.

1.15 Image rights. The customer authorises Camping Couleurs du Monde to use any photos of you or your children that may be taken during your stay for publicity purposes, without compensation.

1.16 Any behaviour detrimental to the image of the campsite or deemed inappropriate by its Management may result in the exclusion of the offender, without refund. 1.16 DISPUTES All disputes to which the operations of purchase and sale concluded in application of the present general conditions of sale could give rise, concerning both their validity, their interpretation, their execution, their cancellation, their consequences and their consequences and which could not be resolved between Camping Couleurs du Monde and the Customer will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law. 2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

2.1. The rental period begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure. We welcome you at reception in low season from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm (until 8pm in high season). Please make arrangements to arrive during reception opening hours. You can leave the campsite from 7.30am at the earliest and before 12pm at the latest. A late check-out can be booked the day before departure and subject to availability for €30 per rental. In this case, you must leave by 6pm at the latest.

2.2 The rental only becomes effective with our agreement by letter or return e-mail and after payment of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay plus booking fees, or 100% if the arrival date is less than 30 days away. All rentals are by name only and may under no circumstances be sublet or transferred.

2.3 The balance of your stay must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date. In the event of non-payment of the balance no later than 30 days before arrival, the reservation will be cancelled without refund of the deposit already paid. For all bookings made 30 days or less before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay is payable at the time of booking.

2.4 In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival, you will be the booking fee and, by way of compensation for breach of contract, an amount equal to 30% of the total cost of the holiday. If you cancel less than 30 days before the planned date of arrival, the total cost of your stay will be retained by our establishment, as will the amount if you do not show up on that date. Any change to the dates of your stay will not give rise to any reimbursement. It may incur an additional cost according to the current price list and will be invoiced at €20 per stay. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, the general cancellation conditions will apply. Only written cancellations will be taken into account. 2.5 In the absence of a written message from the customer stating that he/she has had to postpone the date of arrival, the rental will become available at 12 noon on the day following the date stated on the booking form and full payment for the services will still be required. No discount will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.

2.6 At the end of your stay, you must leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived, in accordance with the instructions posted in the property. However, you may request a cleaning option at a cost of €70 (or €45 for rentals without sanitary facilities). Any complaints about the condition of the accommodation will be dealt with up to 12 noon on the day after your arrival. After this date, we will consider that the property was in perfect condition when you arrived.

2.7 A deposit of 300 € (400 € for the Tribu mobile home) will be required on arrival. As the customer is responsible for cleaning the mobile home, a cleaning charge of 70 € (or 45 € for rentals without sanitary facilities) will be retained if the rental is not left clean. Any breakages or missing items will be invoiced at the current rate, available from reception. The deposit can only be paid by credit card.

2.8. At your request, an inventory of fixtures can be scheduled for the day before your departure at the latest. In this case, your deposit will be refunded if no fault is found. If no inventory is scheduled, it will be carried out after your departure in your absence. The deposit will be cancelled no later than 72 hours after your departure if no fault is found. Any departure after 10am will be billed at the current rate.

2.9 The basic package includes a maximum of 4 to 8 people (including babies and children), depending on the capacity of the accommodation.depending on the capacity of the accommodation rented, a pitch for one car, access to the sanitary facilities and access to services. The campsite will refuse access to its premises to families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation (including babies and children). Animals are not allowed in our accommodation without prior authorisation from the campsite management. Access to the accommodation will be refused, without any refund. Any undeclared animal found in the accommodation will be charged €25 per day + a cleaning fee at the current rate.

2.10 Chargeable options : Sheets and pillowcases are not provided in our mobile homes. You can reserve your own bed linen and towels or buy disposable bed linen at reception. For babies, highchairs and cots without mattresses for safety reasons are available on reservation and subject to availability. 2.11 A single key will be given to you on arrival. No duplicate keys may be lent during your stay.

2.12 Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. If we notice the smell of smoke in the accommodation, we will charge €70 in addition to the cleaning fee.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE CAMPING PITCH

3.1 The pitch is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. We welcome you at reception in low season from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm (until 8pm in high season). Please make arrangements to arrive during reception opening hours. At the end of your stay, you may leave the campsite from 7.30am at the earliest and before 12pm at the latest. Any departure after 12 noon will be charged at the current rate.

3.2 Outside July and August, it is possible to leave the pitch until 5 p.m. with the late check-out option, subject to the applicable supplement, on request only and only if the pitch is not booked.

3.3 We accept a maximum of 6 people per pitch, beyond which an additional pitch will be charged. The basic package includes 2 people, the installation (tent, caravan, camper van) and one vehicle, pitch, access to sanitary facilities and access to services. Any additional person will be charged according to our price list, including children and babies whose price varies according to age. The campsite will refuse access to its premises to families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the pitch rented.

3.4 Your booking will only become definitive once you have paid a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay, plus booking fees. The deposit is deductible from the total amount of the stay booked. The balance must be paid on arrival. All stays of one or two nights are payable in full at the time of booking.

3.5 In the event that the arrival date indicated on the booking contract is not respected by the customer, and this without any written warning from the customer, the pitch will be held for 24 hours (until noon the following day), after which it will be available for another camper. Deposits and booking fees will be retained by Camping Couleurs du Monde. No refunds will be given for any changes to the dates of stay less than 30 days before arrival. It may incur an additional cost according to the tariff in force and will be invoiced at 10 € per stay.

3.6 Cancellation : more than 30 days before arrival, full refund of the deposit. After this deadline, the entire deposit will be retained by Camping Couleurs du Monde. In all cases, the booking fee will be retained by the campsite. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, the general cancellation conditions will apply. Only written cancellations will be taken into account.

3.7 In the event of failure to comply with the campsite rules (noise pollution after 10pm, etc.), the Management reserves the right to shorten your stay without refund.
