Camping La Ferme de Lann Hoedic

Gelegen in het zuiden van het schiereiland Rhuys, tussen de Atlantische kust en het stadscentrum van Sarzeau, biedt camping 'La ferme de Lann Hoëdic' u hoogwaardige uitrusting voor maximaal comfort. Watersportliefhebbers kunnen volop gebruik maken van de stranden van Le Roaliguen (op 800m van de camping), die te voet en met de fiets te bereiken zijn via een schaduwrijk bospad. Als U gewoon komt om te relaxen op een natuurlijke, rustige en ruime plek ( plaatsen van 120m² en meer) doet het ons een plezier ons panoramisch uitzicht over de baai van Suscinio met zijn kasteel met U te delen. Uw kinderen kunnen het leven op de boerderij ontdekken alsmede gebruik maken van de speelplaatsen.

1 - General Sales Conditions

All booking are made in the name of one specific tenant, and can under no circumstances be transferred to another.

Should your arrival be delayed, please inform us : in the absence of a written message or phone call from the tenant explaining that he has had to alter his arrival date, the pitch will be freed 24 hours after the arrival date featured in the booking contract. Payment for the holiday is, in this case, still due to the campsite.

The signed booking form must be accompanied by a bank transfer of 30% of the total sum for mobile homes or 60€ for campsite pitches, which will be deducted from the final balance + booking fee.

The remaining balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival for the mobile home and the day of your arrival for the campsite along with a local tax for the person over 18 years old. .

The deposit will be deducted from the total payment due, but will not be
refunded by the campsite should cancellation occur less than 30 days before the expected date of arrival. The booking fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

The Mobile Homes are for a maximum of 6 people. Over 4 people, 30 € will be charged per extra person and per week. Visitors will be charged 1,5 € per person.

The mobile homes should be left in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival. Where this is not the case, the tenant will be asked to pay a sum of 70 € cleaning charges. In line with the article above, a deposit of 70 € is payable by the tenant of a mobile home on the day of arrival.

Any damage done to the accommodation or its equipment will be repaired immediately at the tenant's cost. The inventory drawn up at the end of the holiday should correspond exactly to the one drawn at the beginning: any missing items must be paid by the tenant.

In line with the article above, a damages deposit of 300 € is payable by the tenant of a mobile home on the day of arrival. This will be returned on the day of departure, less any deduction necessary for repair of the accommodation. This deposit does not represent the maximum sum the tenant could be asked to pay, should the repairs prove to be more costly. If you depart before the reception opening hours, the deposit will be sent to you by post after inspection of the accommodation.

Dogs are accepted only if kept on a lead and for an extra fee . You will be asked to present their vaccination certificate at the reception

The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his actions. He is invited to take out a standard insurance-villégiature policy for these various risks.

The tenant must conform to the campsite rules.

Any disputes must be resolved at the Tribunal of Vannes.

2 - Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to subscribe cancellation insurance. This contract offers you cancellation insurance enabling you have the paid sum back if you cancel your stay or leave earlier under certain events and circumstances (illness, accident, etc.).
Insurance prices:

• Camping pitches: 5% of the amount of your stay
• Rented accommodations: 5% of the amount of your stay
