Camping Clair Matin

In het hart van het Massif de Belledonne (Noordalpen) in de Grésivaudan op een hoogte van 520m, biedt 'Clair Matin', een 3* camping, je: 183 plaatsen, aangelegd, bebloemd en schaduwrijk, waarvan 44 verhuurplaatsen, 68 residentiële plaatsen en 74 plaatsen voor je caravans, campers en tenten. Je wordt verwelkomd als vrienden, de sfeer is gezinsvriendelijk en ontspannen. Als je wilt, kun je gebruik maken van onze animatie voor volwassenen - reuze barbecues, jeu de boules wedstrijden, sangria en buffetten, lotto's, verschillende spelletjes... of je kunt je kinderen gratis onder de hoede van onze animator laten, elke middag van maandag tot vrijdag in juli en augustus.... Of misschien wil je liever de schoonheid van onze streek ontdekken, de fauna en flora, vissen, overnachten in berghutten, mountainbiken, paragliding, etc., of de regionale gastronomie, lokale feesten, broodfeesten, gehuchtfeesten, bergfeesten, etc. Of misschien wil je liever de wijnroute, musea, de grote Alpenpassen die ons omringen per auto ontdekken.... Belledonne, een massief in de Franse Alpen, strekt zich uit van Grenoble tot Pontcharra langs de hoge Grésivaudan vallei en vormt de natuurlijke achtergrond voor twee grote Alpensteden, Grenoble en Chambéry. Het hoogste punt van dit massief, een echte natuurlijke barrière, is Le Grand Pic de Belledonne, op 2977 m. Te voet of op ski's, het is een paradijs voor wandelaars!

De Grésivaudan, een brede corridor uitgesleten door gletsjers, is bezaaid met charmante marktstadjes en herbergt een groot aantal kastelen...

De regio heeft ook een uitzonderlijk gevarieerd historisch erfgoed. U zult niet teleurgesteld zijn door kastelen en kerken uit elk tijdperk, prachtige tuinen of een 16e-eeuws fort herontworpen door Vauban (Fort Barraux)... Voor de goede orde: dit is waar ridder Bayard leefde, "zonder vrees of verwijt".

Of je nu een contemplatieve of een adept bent, de Grésivaudan biedt een veelheid aan verrijkende en vermakelijke activiteiten die jong en oud zullen bekoren. Als een vis in het water of met de voeten stevig op de grond, er is alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verandering van omgeving en activiteit. Vissen, wandelingen en trektochten met het gezin, watersporten, paragliding, klimmen, mountainbiken, bezoeken...

PITCHS:

3 Location: The choice of the site is reserved for the campsite according to the availabilities of the planning (to envisage an electrical cable of at least 30m). When leaving, the tenant must leave the site clean and clear (fill in any holes).
4 Pets: The tenant agrees to make the site clean, not letting the presence of an animal during the stay. No trace of excrement should be left on the site. Failure to comply with these basic rules of hygiene will be subject to a rent supplement. Any degradation due to animals is the exclusive charge of the tenant and will be deducted from his deposit. Under no circumstances should they be left alone. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the campsite
5 Cancellation without insurance: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter and duly justified.
More than 60 days before arrival: refund of the advance less 8.00 € (administration fees). Between 60 and 30 days
before the arrival date the advance will remain at the campsite. Less than 30 days before the arrival date, the campsite has the possibility to charge the total amount of the stay (according to law). If the tenant doesn't show up within 24 hours, the arrival date the advancet is retained at the campsite which also reserves the right to claim the balance of the reservation and of course the campsite can dispose of the site at its convenience. The camping offers a cancellation insurance, it isn't compulsory but strongly advised (Gritchen Tolède and Associés : 3.5% of the amount of the stay), ask there! No refund will be made without subscription to this insurance. In case of cancellation by the campsite, the client will get the reimbursement of all the sums paid.
6 Responsibility: The responsibility of the campsite can't be engaged in the event of damage or theft of personal effects within the precincts of it. Similarly, no liability can be assumed against the campsite in the practice of sports or other activities, organized locally or otherwise, in the event of injury, illness or death suffered by the clients. The host will not be responsible for any unforeseeable circumstances of force majeure or nuisance that disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay. The many amenities of camping life more than offset the slight inconvenience of the outdoors.
Insects and other small animals are part of this holiday formula. The management is not responsible for their travel in the campsite. In no way any compensation will be paid. The tenant declares to have read this provision at the time of booking. In addition, we attract your attention to the fact that the information contained in the brochure as well as on our website, the presentation photos, the qualifiers, the activities, the leisure activities, the services and the dates of operation are given purely indicative and are not contractual. Facilities or equipment may not be installed. It may happen that certain activities and facilities proposed by the campsite and indicated in the description in the brochure are suppressed in particular for climatic reasons or in case of force majeure, or not to work in front and back season. In such cases, Camping Clair Matin can't be held liable. The safety of children in the campsite lies entirely with their parents or legal guardians, especially around the pool and in the playground. The client must verify that he has taken out a multi-risk and civil liability insurance.
7 Tariff and supplement: Day visitors, extra car, dog, etc. Please refer to the current rate of the campsite.
8 Traffic and Noise: Speed is limited to 10km / h. Only one vehicle is permitted per location. Parking is not permitted in the aisles and access roads, it must be carried out on the parcel rented by the campsite or at the indicated number and not on neighboring parcels which seems to him free because they can be rented at any time. Tenants shall avoid any noise that may interfere with neighbors, particularly those emitted by radio, television and other equipment, particularly between 11 pm and 7 am. If you have to drive after 11 pm do it as discreetly as possible (doors, bursts
of laughter, etc.)
9 Swimming pool: The aquatic area is strictly reserved for guests. Minor children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. The wearing of the swimsuit is compulsory, the shorts, the bermudas .... are forbidden for hygiene reasons. Persons who don't comply with these instructions will be expelled from the Swimming pool or even camping if they refuse to comply with the hygiene rule. Dogs are prohibited.
10 Right to the image: You expressly authorize Camping Clair Matin and without consideration to use any photos of you or your children that may be taken during your stay for the advertising needs of camping Clair Matin.

RENTALS:
1 The tenant:
The Signatory of this contract, it must respect the dates indicated on this one. The signing of this contract implies the knowledge and acceptance of the general conditions. 2 Payment:
The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner
- an advance of 30% of the rental amount,
- a copy of the signed and dated contract.
The balance will be paid upon arrival of the tenant, no key will be handed over without the payment of the balance of the stay.
3 The deposit:
The tenant agrees to use carefully the rented premises. Upon arrival, a deposit of 300 € will be requested. In case of deterioration of the rental or its contents the campsite reserves the right to keep part or the total sum. The tenant is liable for any damage that he or the persons accompanying him may cause intentionally or negligently. This deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure and any deductions made from the damage or the cost of the restoration of the premises (cleaning not done correctly...). In this case, the tenant is entitled to request proof of replacement or repair costs.
4 Number of renters:
If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated on the contract, a supplement must be paid to the campsite pro rata to the weekly rate, if the campsite is not informed of this change, the latter reserves the right to collect a mark-up determined as Visitor day not declared 10 € per day.
5 Delayed arrival and early departure:
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the total stay will be due in respect of the dates mentioned on the rental contract. You'll not be entitled to any refund for the part of the stay not made.
6 Pets:
In general, animals are accepted. The tenant agrees to return in an irreproachable state of cleanliness, in no way showing the presence of an animal during the stay. No trace of hair, smell or excrement should be noticeable at the time of return of the leased property, including outside the rental. Failure to comply with these basic rules of hygiene will be subject to a rent

7 Inventory :
An inventory and inventory record will be given to the tenant on the day of his arrival. The tenant must fill it in, sign it and return it to the reception no later than 48 hours after arrival to report any difference with respect to the inventory and any possible problems at the leasing level. On the day of departure, keys must be returned to reception before 10:00 a.m.
The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks, after possible deduction of the cost of replacing missing items, cleaning and repairs necessary to restore the premises.This deposit may in no ase be considered as an advance payment of rent and will not be productive of any interest. The delay may be extended in some cases. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant engages to complete the sum. Cleaning of the rent is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, the rental must be returned in perfect state of
cleanliness inside and the immediate surroundings. In case of cleaning not done correctly it will be retained 80 € on the deposit. You have the possibility to take a cleaning package (80 €) but in this case the kitchen area and the dishes remain at your charge, the trash emptied.
8 Cancellation without insurance:
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter and duly justified.
