Payment
All prices stated in the PROVIDER's online booking system are, like everywhere else on the home page, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
Payment is made by using one of the approved debit / credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Diners. There is no trade fee charged through online booking.
Information on trading on the Internet
You can safely shop on the internet through our online
booking system. As a consumer, you are basically insured against any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misusing your credit card via

Shipping and delivery
You will want to book and pay for a cabin, a rental tent, a place for
own a tent, or a place for your own caravan, have a contract from the PROVIDER showing the accounts for your purchase. The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed and will also be sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at the PROVIDER on the day of arrival (and ends on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.
Right of withdrawal and reimbursement
You have the option of canceling your booking on the following terms:
If you cancel within 14 days of placing your order, the full amount will be refunded.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, you will be reimbursed the full amount with the exception of an administration fee of Dkk. 200, -.
If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 7 days before arrival, you may be refunded half the amount.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival, you will lose the entire amount paid.
Registration of information UDB YDER registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but the PROVIDER retains the registration for 5 years.
