Kilometers:
All kilometers are included in the rental price for a rental of two weeks or more. For 1 week rental, a maximum of 1750 km is free. Surcharge for extra km's is in that case €0.25 p/km.
Use of the camper
Before departure, the tenant shall submit to the lessor in writing the personal details of all fellow travellers. Unnamed occupants cannot derive any rights from these conditions.
The tenant will use and maintain the rented property as befits a good family man. He will use the rented property in accordance with its normal purpose and ensure that the camper is treated and cared for properly and that overloading and damage to the interior and exterior is guarded against. The tenant must use the camper in accordance with local laws and regulations and follow the instructions of the competent authority.
Maintenance and repair work is in principle carried out by the lessor. The lessor ensures that periodic maintenance is not necessary during a rental period, unless more than 10,000 km is driven in a rental period. In that case, the renter must check the tire pressure, oil and coolant levels and top them up if necessary.
The renter must ensure that the camper is only driven on paved roads.
The camper may only be used in the countries listed on the green card. Countries with negative travel advice may not be visited. If negative travel advice is issued during the trip for the country where the renter is staying, they must leave as soon as possible. All damage resulting from traveling through countries with negative travel advice is at the risk of the renter.
Please return the camper clean and cleaned. If it is not returned clean, we will charge 85 euros as cleaning costs.
