Camping L'Abri des Pins

Op 15 minuten van een fijn zandstrand biedt onze 4-sterren familiecamping u comfortabele accommodaties, gevarieerde animatie overdag en 's avonds en recreatieve voorzieningen voor ouders en kinderen. Voor uw vermaak: 2 verwarmde zwembaden, binnen en buiten met glijbaan, een groot verwarmd peuterbad voor de kleintjes en een wellnessruimte met hamam. Buitenspeeltuin voor kinderen van 2-5 jaar, tennis, tafeltennis, fitnessruimte, speelhal, wifi, miniclub, restaurant.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1) FAMILY SITE

Our stays are restricted for families or groups of people within the limits of people maximum authorized in the pitches and the cottages. Similarly the number of vehicles is limited to one per pitch/ property.

2) RESTRICTIONS

The use of the property/ pitch is solely reserved to the party members whose details are clearly mentioned on the initial

booking form. Each booking is nominative and can neither be given in nor sublet to anyone.

3) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The total number of people occupying a pitch or a booked property is strictly limited to that stated as its maximum capacity: 6 people for a pitch, 4, 6 or 8 people depending on the property.

4) ENTITLEMENTS OF THE MANAGEMENT

• I n case of disturbance and after warning of the administrator or his representative, it will be ended the rental agreement. (Article 14 of the internal rules)
• The campsite reserve the right to bring any modifications to the existing facilities.

5) PETS

Category 1 and 2 type dogs are not allowed into the campsite. One little pet per pitch who must be on the lead at all times and must NEVER be left unattended on site.

All traces of their presence must be removed before you leave and any fouling must be collected and disposed of. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR CHALETS AND MOBILE HOMES.

6) RESPONSIBILITY

The customer makes scrupulously a commitment to respect the rules of the campsite posted in the entrance (lobby).

Management is responsible for objects left at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campground. The customer is responsible for his own installation.

7) CHILDREN'S CLUB

Please note that the ultimate responsibility for child safety lies with the parents/carers. Ensure that you know the whereabouts of your children at all times. Our activity club caters only for children aged 5 and above (3 y. o. children for the club in L'Abri des Pins). The management can not accept responsibility for any personal injuries contracted by children whilst at or as a result of attending the club. Parents/ carers are responsible for escorting their children to and from the club.

8) LOCAL TAX

All guests more than 18 years old, staying on site between 1st of January till 31th of December are required to pay a tourist tax which is not included in our prices.

9) CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Cancellation insurance can only be purchased at the time of booking. If you wish to subscribe to our cancellation protection plan, please ensure that you tick the appropriate box on the booking form.

Cancellation cover costs a fee of 3 % of the price of the stay. Provision following entitlement to compensation or refund resulting from holiday cancellation will be made in accordance with the legal terms of contract subscribed between “le Tropicana” and “CAMPEZ-COUVERT”.

CAMPING PITCHES

10) BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS

Booking is subject to confirmation. Please note that we require an initial payment of €122 in order to secure your booking. This amount comprises a €95 deposit which will be deducted from the full amount and a non-refundable booking fee of €27.In addition, we strongly recommend that you take out our cancellation insurance for an additional 3% of the price of the stay. We will then issue a confirmation of booking upon receipt of your payment.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE WILL BE REQUESTED IN FULL UPON ARRIVAL AND CAN BE MADE USING CASH (11000 maximum), CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD AND HOLIDAY VOUCHERS (CHÈQUES-VACANCES).

11) DURATION OF YOUR STAY

A minimum stay of 7 days is required from July 2nd. Should you wish to change the dates of your holiday after the booking has been confirmed, we will endeavour to meet your request subject to availability. However, please note that we might not be able to maintain your booking on the initial pitch.

12) CANCELLATION/NON ARRIVALS

Any cancellation should be notified to us in writing at the earliest opportunity. No refund will be given on any monies paid. Please refer to paragraph 9 for further advice if you have subscribed to our cancellation insurance cover plan.

If you do not arrive within 24 hours of your planned arrival date and fail to notify us of this delay, we do reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Any monies already paid will be forfeited.

13) LEAVING BEFORE THE AGREED DATE

We regret that we are unable to offer any refund or compensation should you decide to leave the site before your agreed departure date. Please refer to paragraph 9 for further advice if you have subscribed to our cancellation insurance cover plan.

BOOKING MOBILE-HOME OR CHALET ACCOMMODATION

14) RESERVATION

Booking is subject to confirmation. Please note that we require an initial payment in order to secure your booking. This should correspond to a 25 % deposit which will then be deducted from the full amount plus a non-refundable booking fee of €27. In addition, we strongly recommend that you take you out our cancellation insurance for an additional fee of 3 % of the price of the stay.

15) DURATION OF YOUR STAY

From July 2nd advance bookings can only be accepted for a minimum of one week (Saturday to Saturday). Incoming guests can take possession of their property from 4.00 pm and must vacate it between 8.00 and 10.00 am on the Saturday.

16) PAYMENT

Once your booking has been confirmed you become liable to pay for the total cost of your holiday. You must pay the full balance no less than 30 days before the start of the booked period. The settlement can be made in several installments free of charge. However it must imperatively be completed within 30 days of the agreed date of arrival. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO REMINDER OF THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE. If you fail to do so, the management reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and will retain the total deposit paid to that date. If a booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the full amount is payable immediately to confirm the booking.

17) CANCELLATION/BREACH OF LEASE

Please note that there will be no refund of your initial deposit should you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date. Any such cancellation will be considered as breach of lease and incur retention of the deposit paid as indemnity.

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, the cost of accommodation will still be payable in full and will be retained as indemnity for breach of lease.

If you have subscribed to our cancellation insurance cover plan, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund of your payment in accordance with the terms of our legal insurance contract. Please see below for further details.

18) ACCOMMODATION DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival, we shall ask you for a €280 deposit ( €200 for the damages and €80 for the cleaning). No cash. Credit card

details. They will be returned to you within 10 days, after an eventual deduction for costs of missing object replacement or repairs of damage caused during the stay, as well as house-cleaning expenses (if the letting is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness).

19) MEDIATOR OF CONSUPTION

In case of problem and after inform the customer service of the campsite, each one can call at a mediator of consuption with the maximum period of one year from the date of the complaint with a letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
