Camping LES VIOLETTES

Camping les Violettes ligt op 1400 m van het strand, directe toegang tot het strand (aan de hand van de getijden), aan één van de mooiste stranden van de Vendee en biedt een zwembad met glijbaan aan maar ook een speeltuin, kinder club (in het hoogseizoen), biljard, afhaal maaltijden, wasmachine en droger.

1) Booking
All rentals are registered and may not be assigned or sublet. The client who makes the reservation must be a major person and be one of the persons accommodated.
Only registered persons are allowed to occupy the accommodation or the location allocated to them. The number of persons may not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation chosen. The reservation can be cancelled if non-compliance on arrival without any refund can be requested.
For any booking, there will be a file fee.
Reservations become effective and final only with our agreement and:
- after receipt by the campsite of the signed rental contract and the signed conditions of sale,
- Or after a reservation made directly on the campsite website by checking the box of acceptance of the conditions of sale.
- and payment of the deposit, application fees and cancellation insurance (optional).
The preferences expressed during reservations (precise location no., shadow or not, side by side location, etc.) will be satisfied to the extent of our possibilities, without committing the responsibility of the campsite.
Management reserves the right to return the amounts paid if it is not possible to meet the request.

2) No right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the provisions of Article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the provisions of Article L 121-20 providing for a withdrawal period of 7 (seven) days from the acceptance of an offer of service, are not applicable to contracts for the provision of accommodation services, which must be provided at a specified date or frequency. The customer therefore has no right of withdrawal under this contract.
3) Down Payment
Payment of a deposit on the reservation:
Rental: 25% of the total amount of the stay + 25 € of file fees + cancellation insurance (optional).
For a reservation made less than 45 days before the date of arrival the payment is made in full at the booking.
The payment of the deposit is tantamount to contractual acceptance of our general and specific conditions of sale
4) Balance of stay
Accommodation rentals must be sold at the latest 45 days before the arrival date, without any reminder from us. If the payment does not reach us within this period, the rental will be cancelled according to the cancellation conditions below.
Retroactivity: Benefits and promotions cannot be applied to a booking already paid in full or in part.
5) Tourist tax
The tourist tax is payable at the same time as the balance of your stay. The amount of the tourist tax is €0.60 per adult per day (indicative rate for 2017).
6) Amendment
Because of the buyer:
On written request (mail, Mail) and subject to the agreement of the campsite. The guest can request a modification of his stay at the latest 14 days before the date of arrival. If no changes are made, the client must make his stay in the initial booking conditions or cancel it without any refund being requested.
In the event that the change would be accepted by the campsite, in the case of a new stay more expensive, the customer will be liable for an additional price equivalent to the price difference between the old and the new stay, in the case of a new stay less expensive, the customer will be liable for the price of the new stay, plus 10% of the price of the initial stay in high season and 30% in low season. In the event that the amount already paid at the campsite exceeds the sum of these sums, the difference will then be refunded to the customer as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 working days of the acceptance of the modification by the campsite.
A change fee of 14 euros will be charged in addition to the customer, regardless of the nature of the change.
For changes to the dates of stay, it cannot be guaranteed the same residence/location.

Because of the camping:
In the event that the stay is modified before it begins, as a result of camping, the customer may:
or terminate the booking. The booking service will then refund all payments already made.
Or accept to participate in the modified stay, and if necessary, by supporting the decrease or increase of prices that these entail (except exceptional agreement of the campsite).
However, such cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.
7) Departure and Arrival Times
No discount will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
In the absence of a written message, letter or email from the tenant stating that he had to defer the date of his arrival, the accommodation or the camping site, becomes available 24 hours after the date of his arrival mentioned on the rental contract, without any refund being claimed.
Telephone messages are not allowed as well as Mails, SMS, messages on answering machine, messages on social networks or other.

Accommodation rentals:
Arrival: July and August between 16:00 and 20:00, except July and August between 15:00 and 18:00.
Departure: July and August between 8:00 and 10:00, except July and August between 8:00 and 10:00. Otherwise, an additional day will be required.
 
8) Cancellation
No refund will be made for any reason whatsoever, in case of late arrival and even early departure.
For any cancellation occurring before the date of arrival the deposit will be refunded with the exception of a deduction representing the contractual booking fee:
More than 2 months before the start of the stay: it will be kept 10% of the total amount of the stay.
More than 1 month before the start of the stay: 30% of the total stay will be kept.
Less than 30 days before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount of the stay will be kept.
Less than 7 days before your arrival: it will be kept 100% of the total amount of the stay.
Cancellation due to camping:
For a cancellation due to camping, in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, such cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.

10) Insurance
They must have valid insurance covering their equipment (or rented equipment) guaranteeing them in particular in terms of civil liability.
Camping has a general duty of surveillance but will not be held responsible in case of theft, fire, bad weather, damage to property or vehicles…
As well as in the event of an accident falling within the civil liability of the customer or another customer.

11) Claim
If the customer does not complain to the campsite by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 30 days from the end of the stay, the service provided by the campsite under this contract will be deemed to have been in accordance with his expectations.

 
12) Location/Accommodation
The tenant accepts the site/accommodation as is (trees, plantations, vegetation, etc.). The site/accommodation must be vacated and returned to initial condition at the end of the stay.
For accommodation rentals:
the use of sheets is mandatory.
A deposit of 400 € CB imprint, cash only, will be requested before the delivery of the keys.
It is the client's responsibility to make an inventory of the accommodation (inventory of the equipment, condition of the equipment, and cleanliness) upon arrival. Any claim must be presented to a representative of the campsite, the day after arrival before noon. The latter will do his best to remedy it quickly. No claim will be admitted later. In the same way, any incident occurring during the stay must be reported to the campsite which will do its best to remedy it. No claim will be admitted later if the customer has not informed the representative of the campsite during his stay and has not enabled him to resolve the incident.
the end-of-stay cleaning is to be done yourself or to be paid according to the current rate (130 euros). it doesn't include the cleaning of the dishes neither the trash to be taken out.
13) Miscellaneous
The internal regulations (available on request) must be respected by all customers under penalty of immediate expulsion without any other formality and without any refund.
Pets -10KG are accepted at extra cost. The owner must present the updated vaccination booklet upon arrival. Rabies vaccine is mandatory. They will have to be kept on a leash at all times and the owners are required to remove the dirt they cause. Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are prohibited.
In the aquatic area and for swimming, only are allowed: briefs and swimwear, bikini and one piece swimwear, all other clothes are prohibited. The rules of the water park must be respected, especially the instructions of the water slide.
The swimming pool is private and reserved for camping guests. Swimming is the responsibility of the parents, the supervision is not provided by the campsite. Children must be accompanied by their parents.
On the occasion of their stay, holidaymakers are likely to be photographed or filmed in the camping grounds, for the production of advertising materials. If they do not wish to do so, they must notify the campsite in writing.
The campsite reserves the right to change its tariff schedule. All grids are valid until September 19, 2020 (unless otherwise noted). Stays will be charged at the rates in effect at the time of booking, subject to availability.

14) Personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act N°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, the customer is informed that the personal or personal data indicated as being mandatory collected as part of the booking are necessary for the execution of the booking. The customer shall have the right of access, rectification and opposition to the transfer of such data to third parties which he may exercise by writing to the campsite at the address given in paragraph 15.

16) General Provisions
In the event that one of the provisions of this contract is null and void by a change of law, regulation or court decision, this shall not affect the validity and compliance with these general conditions.
These general terms and conditions and the booking summary sent to the customer form a contractual whole and constitute the entire contractual relationship between the parties.
Any reservation is strictly personal to the customer who made it, so that the rights and obligations resulting from the contract cannot be assigned in any form or for any reason to third parties by the customer, without the prior written permission of the campsite.

17) Litigation
Management reserves the right to refuse a rental, to modify if necessary any arrangement or service indicated in the brochure.
The courts of Digne-les Bains have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. Only the French version of the conditions of sale is authentic.
