Luxury mobile home with spacious beds and a very large garage

The renter is responsible for using the vehicle with due care. We expect the motorhome to be returned in the same condition as you received it. The interior must be tidy, and the grey water tank and toilet must be emptied. If cleaning is not performed or is too superficial, the following rates will be applied and deducted from the deposit: interior: €90 / emptying toilet: €90 / emptying grey water: €50. Please note that these are the rules of our insurance: The driver(s) must be domiciled in Belgium, be at least 26 years old, have held a valid driving licence to drive this camper for at least 5 years, and not have been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years. Furthermore, the rental company must possess a copy of the identity card and driving licence of the driver(s) indicated in this rental contract. The rental company and the renter agree that only these driver(s) will drive the vehicle. As soon as any of the above is not respected, the total deductible of €1,250 will be doubled! The insurance coverages are obtained in the countries validated on the insurance certificate of the insured vehicle. Another important point: the kettle is 850 W, so it can only be switched on when the camper is connected to the mains electricity. Deep-frying, grilling, etc. in our camper is not permitted (due to the nuisance of smells and smoke). The motorhome is delivered with a full diesel and AdBlue tank. When you return it, it must also be returned with a full tank. If this is not adhered to, the shortfall will be deducted from your deposit. The deposit (after deduction of any costs mentioned above) will be refunded to the driver's account within 24 hours of returning the motorhome so that we have time to inspect it thoroughly. Traffic fines are the responsibility of the driver and must be paid by him. The renter returns the motorhome at the agreed time.
