Graeme is a very pleasant person. Communication is very smooth and he and his wife are very friendly. The camper is quite complete with all kinds of options. A baby cot fits in the space between. The rental went well and Graeme responds quickly to questions during the trip. A big advantage was the pick-up at the airport, which you can coordinate with Graeme. Those are bonus points.
