We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Carina was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the van was spotless, fully prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from towels and blankets to cooking equipment. She even kindly arranged for our grocery delivery to be loaded into the van before we arrived. The van was the perfect size for our trip-easy to drive, easy to park, and cleverly designed. There was plenty of storage under the bed/between the sofa set up allowing us to tuck our cabin bags away when needed. The leisure battery performed brilliantly, keeping the fridge cold and providing power throughout. Very useful when we found a beautiful view to have a pit stop! We stayed in campsites but I can see how useful it would have been for a completely off-grid adventure. We travelled to Loch Ness, Fort William, and the Isle of Skye, and loved having a warm, comfortable space to return to each evening. We mostly kept the van set up as a bed, while the swivel chairs made a great spot to relax or sit at the table. We were also impressed by the fuel efficiency, only needing to fill up before returning the van. Every detail had clearly been considered, making for a smooth, comfortable, and memorable trip.
