Camping del Mar

GENERAL ASPECTS:

• To book you must pay the prepayment required by bank transfer or credit card payment.


• We don't book a specific accommodation number. The number of the plot, bungalow, tent or mobil home will be assigned by the campsite on the arrival day.


• The reservation is subjected to acceptance or rejection by the campsite within the following 48 hours, even if you have paid the prepayment of the total amount by advance. In the case of rejecting a booking with the advance done, we will proceed to refund the money immediately.


• We never accept bookings with people under 21 years old not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.


• Visitors: every visitor must be accredited at reception before entering. Those visitors, who stay more than one hour inside, or use some service, must pay the entrance's ticket. If the visitor does not satisfy the payment, the cost of the entrance will be charged to the account of the client. (subject to possible restrictions caused by Covid)


• Access and registration: all the guests must show their ID card or passport.


• Silence hours: the silence hours are from 00:00 to 7:00 h. between these hours, any vehicle can circulate inside, either enter or go out of the campsite with vehicle.


• Vehicles: the access to the campsite will be restricted to one vehicle per client.


• Rules: clients agree and undertake to respect and follow the campground regulations.

EXCLUSIVE CONDITIONS FOR PLOTS:

• The client will respect the limits of the plot and in any case the client cannot exceed them.


• Pets are allowed, except those animals of dangerous race. It is obligatory to have them always tied and pick up any dirty they make.


• The vehicle must be parked inside the limits of the plot.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS:

• The client should pay 100 euro; as a deposit. This deposit will be returned at the departure, at the same time of returning the keys and it's subject to the control of the accommodation inventory and the general cleaning state.


• It is not possible to exceed the maximum occupation of the accommodation. Children and babies of any age must be counted in the occupancy maximum quota.


• The vehicle must be parked in the place authorized as parking of the accommodation.


• It is not allowed to install any kind of tent next to the bungalow.


• Animals are not allowed.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF THE SELECTED RATE:

• The reservation requires a 25% prepayment.


• The maximum period to make such payment is 5 days from the moment of the reservation.


• The rest must be paid at the time of arrival.

CHECK-IN: from 16:00h

• If your arrival will be after 21:00 you must inform it by advance by mail or by telephone.


• If before 12:00 of the following day of his arrival day booked, the client hasn't phoned or arrived, the client loses all rights of the booking and the amount of the prepayment.


• You can check the possibility of arriving before the official hour of entrance depending on the occupation level (only valid during low season).

CHECK-OUT: between 8:00h and 12:00h (plots) / between 8:00h and 10:00h (accommodations)

• If you want to check out before 08:00h you must inform reception the day before.


• In case of delay in departure, the camping will be able to charge one extra night.


• You can ask about the possibility of late check-out depending on the occupation level (only during low season).

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION*:

• Modification of the reservation is permitted according to availability.


• The cancellations made by the customer must be ever done by written and the campsite will apply the following costs:


• Up to 15 days before the arrival date: refund of 100% of the deposit (expenses not included).


• Between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date: refund of 50% of the deposit (expenses not included).


• Between 7 and 0 days before the arrival date: we don't refund the deposit. In this case, you can ask for the possibility of changing the dates during the same season.

*COVID clause:

If the cancellation occurs for any of the following cases (upon presentation of proof) and the delay does not allow the full or partial refund of the advance, a voucher will be issued for the non-refundable amount to be exchanged on another date of the 2021 or 2022 season:

• Closure of borders of Spain or country of origin


• Perimeter closure (of the destination or place of residence) that prevents access to Camping del Mar


• Contagion by Covid-19 of one of the people participating in the reservation that requires you to keep quarantine


• Direct contact of one of the people participating in the reservation with a person infected with Covid-19 that requires preventive quarantine


• Cancellation of the flight or means of transport that makes it impossible to make the trip, in the event of traveling with a means of transport other than your own


• Obligation to keep quarantine by legal imperative when arriving at the place of residence in case of traveling to the area where the Camping del Mar is located.
