Camping & Bungalows Zumaia

De Camping & Bungalows Zumaia ligt in Zumaia en ligt in het Baskenland, omringd door de bergen en de zee en aan de kant van de klif van Flysch. Het is zonder twijfel een van de mooiste plekken aan de kust van Gipuzkoa. Zumaia heeft 2 prachtige stranden, een oude historische stad, een kleine vissershaven en een groot aanbod van restaurants. Verblijf op onze camping voor een rustige vakantie met de familie en profiteer van de vele activiteiten zowel op als buiten de camping.

CAMPSITE RULES
Anyone registering at or accessing the campsite must abide by these rules.

Anyone failing to abide by these rules or the logical rules of peaceful and harmonious coexistence, shall be invited to leave the campsite immediately, and shall be forcefully ejected if they refuse to comply. The person in whose name the registration is carried out is responsible for all actions attributable to either them or their companions.

Please use water and electricity sparingly; this will contribute to protecting our natural environment and will help prevent the squandering of natural resources.

Any notices or regulations publicly displayed around the campsite automatically form part of the campsite rules.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION.

ACCESS TO THE CAMPSITE

- Only those in possession of the minimum equipment required and who plan to actually camp shall be admitted to the campsite. Access is not admitted to under 18s, unless they are accompanied by or have written authorisation from an adult, who shall assume responsibility for their behaviour. Parents or anyone accompanying minors shall be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by said minors during their stay in the campsite.

The arrival and departure time for the pitches is 12.00h. Pitches should be left clean, tidy and in perfect condition. The arrival time for the cabins is from 16.00h onwards, and guests must vacate their cabin before 12.00h on the day of departure. The possibility of extending the stay until 20h depends on availability.
The main vehicle entrance and exit gate will remain closed from 24.00h to 08.00h.

RECEPTION HOURS:

Reception is open from:
08.00h to 22.00h.

REGISTRATION:

- Registration must be formalised upon arrival. You will be required to present valid ID for both yourself and the others in your party. You will also be required to leave your ID card or passport at Reception until the end of your stay and declare all elements subject to a campsite fee. You must inform Reception immediately of any change in your situation. Reception shall provide you with a copy of your entry slip, which you must show to any security personnel or campsite staff upon request.

FEES:

- Updated fees are posted on the official tariff board. Prices are calculated in accordance with the number of overnight stays. The campsite day ends at 12.00h. Anyone leaving after this time must pay for an addition day. The campsite has a minimum price per pitch. The fee for the entire stay must be paid upon arrival. Billing hours are between 08.00h and 18.00h.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

- The campsite accepts reservations for both pitches and cabins. To confirm reservation, a deposit of 40% of the price of the entire stay will be required. The reservation will be held until 22.00h on the established day of arrival. In the event of failure to arrive or cancellation 7 days or less before the established date of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit used to cover cancellation costs. If the reservation is cancelled between 30 and 7 days prior to the established arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded; if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the established arrival date, then 90% of the deposit will be refunded. Once you have pitched your tent in the pitch, no refunds will be paid for any reason.

VISITS:

- All visitors should register at Reception, leaving a valid ID which will be returned to them on departure. Visitors may spend 60 minutes in the campsite free of charge. After this time they must pay the corresponding fee. Visiting hours are between 08.00h and 20.00h. Visitors may not, under any circumstance, bring a vehicle of any kind into the campsite.

QUIET TIME (24h to 7h) REST HOURS (13h to 16h):

- During rest hours we kindly ask campers to lower the volume on their radios, TVs, etc. and to keep the use of motor vehicles to a minimum. From midnight until 07.00h we ask for total silence in the campsite. No vehicles of any kind are permitted except in the case of an emergency (ambulance, doctor, etc.). Anyone needing to use their car during the quiet time should park it outside the campsite in the car park provided. We kindly ask that the volume on all devices such as radios and TVs be turned down, so as not to disturb other campers.

PITCHES:

- Changing pitches without first consulting Reception is strictly prohibited. During your stay, please keep your pitch clean and tidy. Reception and security staff will show you what pitch you have been assigned, and will provide any help you may require to ensure correct installation. Your car may remain in your pitch (where this possible) or in a place designated by the reception or security staff. Altering the state of the pitch in any way is strictly forbidden; this includes: putting up awnings, wooden or wicker sunshades, separation fences or windbreaks, digging ditches, tying ropes to trees (even adult trees) or security fences, hanging towels or clothes on the fences, etc.

CABINS:

- You may only move into your cabin once you have signed the entry contract in which the cabin number is specified. You may not pitch a tent of any kind (e.g. for kids) in the space located either at the front or the back of the cabin. Sheets and towels are changed once a week. All cabins have an inventory listing all the utensils contained in them. If you notice that something is missing, please tell Reception so we can replace it.



TRANSFER AND SALE OF MODULES:

- Owners who wish to sell or transfer their modules to other families must inform Reception in advance.
Said sale or transfer must be carried out through the campsite itself.

VEHICLES:

- The speed limit inside the campsite is 10 km/h. In order not to disturb your fellow campers, we ask that you refrain (as much as possible) from using your vehicle during rest hours. Use of vehicles is strictly prohibited during quiet time (24h to 7h). The unnecessary use of motor vehicles inside the campsite is prohibited. Washing cars or any other vehicles in the pitches or lanes is strictly prohibited. Do not park in empty pitches or anywhere other than the designated areas. Do not sound your horn or connect your car alarm inside the campsite.

SWIMMING POOL:

- Admission conditions are posted at the entry to the swimming pool enclosure. Under 11s are only admitted if they are accompanied by an adult who accepts responsibility for them at all times.

PETS:

- Pets are allowed providing their documentation is provided and they are kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not permitted in the indicated off-limits areas, or in the cabins or mobile homes. The owner is responsible for picking up and disposing of all waste. Dog owners will be given a separate list of rules that must be abided by. Owners will be held responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pets are not permitted in the toilet/shower areas, swimming pool, children's playground and sports zone.

INSURANCE:

-The Management accepts no responsibility in the event of theft, accidents or damage to property or personal injury by third parties. It also accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by storms or fires, in cases of force majeure. Each camper must have his or her own third party civil liability insurance, a copy of which must be handed in to Reception. Any valuable objects should be placed in the safes provided in Reception.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS:

- The drinking fountains in the lanes are for providing easy access to drinking water and under no circumstances may be used for washing clothes or vehicles.

HYDRANTS:

-The use of hydrants is strictly prohibited without the express authorisation of the campsite Management. These hydrants may only be used in the event of a fire.

WASTE:

All waste should be placed in plastic bags for recycling. Please help us carry out source separation. Separate waste into separate bags or containers (paper and cardboard, glass, plastic packaging, cans, organic waste and oil) and place them in the containers provided for this purpose at the entrance. Leaving waste in the pitches is strictly prohibited. No waste collection service is provided.

WASTE WATER:

- You must use the corresponding recipients. Recipients may be emptied only in the chemical toilets located in the toilet block.

ELECTRICITY:

- The campsite's maintenance staff are the only people authorised to handle the electricity distribution boxes. Each pitch has a socket with a 5A supply. The doors of the supply boxes must remain closed at all times,

BARBECUES:

- Lighting a fire on any type of ground is strictly prohibited. Fires may only be lit in the barbecues provided for this purpose in the campsite, the only exceptions being butane gas camping stoves or gas or electric barbecues, which may be used providing stringent safety measures are taken.

GARDENS:

- Planting any kind of plant in the pitches or gardens is strictly prohibited. Please respect all existing plants, trees and gardens.

DEPARTURES:

- Campers who wish to leave the campsite before 80.00h should inform Reception the day before and leave their car in the outside car park before 24.00h. All fees owing up to the day of departure must be paid in full.

EMERGENCY PLAN:

- In the event of needing to evacuate the campsite for reasons beyond the Management's control, all campers should gather at the designated meeting point indicated at the entrance to the campsite.
