Domaine de l'Eglantière

In het zonnige zuiden van Frankrijk, aan de voet van de pyreneeën, ligt onze gezellige naturistencamping l'Eglantière. Over het campingterrein kronkelt een riviertje dat door het natuurschoon van de Midi-Pyrénées richting de Gers stroomt.

Ongeacht of je wil kamperen of toch liever een accommodatie huurt, bij ons vind je alle ruimte, comfort en diensten om je vakantie tot een success te maken. L'Eglantière is prima geschikt voor een volledige zomervakantie of een paar dagen ertussenuit. Tevens is het een ideale tussenstop op weg van- en naar Spanje, of als je reist tussen de atlantische oceaan en de middellandse zee. Gezellig met de hele familie op vakantie, met een groep vrienden of juist lekker genieten met z'n tweeën? Bij ons is het allemaal mogelijk.

Hierbij een selectie van wat je in de omgeving kunt bezoeken en vooral bewonderen : Gavarnie, de Mont Perdu, de Pic du Midi, het nationaal natuurreservaat van de Pyreneeën, Lourdes, de bergpassen uit de Tour de France, het ravijn “Gouffre d’Esparros”, en wat te denken van Spanje, met Hoog Aragon, waar je olijfbomen vindt vlak naast eeuwig besneeuwde bergtoppen…

General sales conditions for Le Domaine de l'Eglantière

Pitches :
The basic rate includes the pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van and a vehicle, the number of people (according to period - see price lists) and access to toilet facilities and the reception infracstructure.

Rented accommodations :
Our rented accommodation is fully equipped. The basis rate, including the maximum number of people, is variable according to the type of accommodations (see price lists).

How to book ?
Fill-in the reservation form below and send it back directly to the Domaine de l'Eglantière, enclosing the following deposits :
Pitches and rented accommodation : 25% of the total amount of the stay + 30€ for reservation fees.
Our reception of your completed reservation form, signed and accompanied by your deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation, depending on the places available. Should we not be able to satisfy your requirements, we will return your deposit.

Payment of the stay :
French cheques, postal orders (national or international), holyday cheques, banker's cards or cash.
Pitch : the balance must be paid on arrival.
Rented accommodation : the balance must be paid one month, at the latest, before the first day of rental. A lack of payment of the balance within this delay will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Arrival and departure times :
For the accomodations : arrival - from 4:00 pm, departure : before 10:00 am. Exceeding these hours, an extra night will be invoiced. In case of a late arrival or early departure, the rented period will be invoiced. If you do not come, and after 24 hours without news from you in writing, we will repossess the disposal of your pitch or rented accomodation without reimbursing the deposit or booking fees.

Local taxes : the local taxe rises with 0,30€ per day and adult (+ 18 years).

Rules :
All clients are oblige to conform to the rules of the centre. Access to the centre is subject to presentation of a valid naturist licence. As our establishment is approved by the French Naturism Federation, we reserve the right to refuse or exclude any person of whom the behaviour is not in accordance with naturist criteria.

Animals :
Le Domaine de l'Eglantière accepts animals (see price lists).
We accept only one little animal in the accommodation. You must presents the vaccination record of the domestic animal. The anti-rabies vaccination and a tattoo are compulsory.

Guarantee :
A guarantee, variable according to the establishment, can be required for keys or access cards.
For rented accomodation : a guarantee of 200€ will be requested on your arrival. This guarantee will be returned at the end of your stay or sent to you after your departure, after deduction of eventual expenses for repairs and/or the value of missing or deteriorated equipment.
A basis rate, depending on the centre, will be retained if the rented accomodation has not been cleaned before your departure (see price lists).

Cancellation :
All reservations with an outsanding balance will be cancelled in accordance with the general sales conditions.
In all cases of cancellation, the following will be retained or owing : reservation fees, an amount equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay if you cancel more than 16 days before the reserved date of arrival, the total amount of your stay if you cancel less than 16 days before the reserved date of arrival or if you do not show on that date .
For cancellations for which the administration of the centre is responsible, except for force majeure, the client will obtain the reimbursement of all sums paid. Your contract offers the possibility of a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain the reimbursement of expenses incurred due to cancellation of your stay or an early departure. This depends on certain exceptional conditions (illness, accident...), and confirmation in writing and the necessary proof in support of the condition are required subject to the respect of contractual obligations.
In all cases, the naturist cards and the reservation fees are not reimbursible.

Insurance :
All clients are responsible for their own insurance. Le Domaine de l'Eglantière (Sarl Nat Sud) declines all responsability in case of theft, fire or bad weather...and in case of accidents relating to the civil responsability of the client.

Jurisdiction :
The description of the installations provided in this catalogue only commits the responsability of the owners or the managers. Photos and texts are not contractual. In case of a lawsuit, The Tribunal d'Instance or the Grande Instance of Le Domaine de l'Eglantière (Sarl Nat Sud) will be competent.
