Droomt u van een ontspannen verblijf op het platteland, in het zuidwesten van Frankrijk? Op Domaine du Castex voel je je thuis.
Gelegen in het hart van de Gers, 1u15 van Pau, 1u40 van Toulouse en 2u van Bordeaux, wordt u verwelkomd in een rustige en groene omgeving waar u kunt uitrusten of de vele erfgoed- en wijnsites in de omgeving kunt verkennen.
Jérôme en Vanessa bieden u een ruime keuze aan huuraccommodaties: houten chalets, stacaravans, Bengaalse tenten, kamers, ingerichte accommodaties, ruime staanplaatsen voor tenten, caravans of campers voor uw overnachtingen, weekends of weken.
Bij mooi weer opent het Domaine zijn grote zwembad waarvan de diepte varieert van 60 cm tot 2m10 en nodigt u uit om op het terras te zitten om te genieten van vruchtensap, cocktails of lokale wijn.
's Avonds wordt op reservering een snack aangeboden en een kruideniershoek is welkom om de producten van lokale producenten te proeven.
Ter plaatse zijn spelletjes voor iedereen beschikbaar: tafeltennis, voetbal, volleybal, basketbal, trampolines, speeltuin en we hopen voor het seizoen 2023 een nieuwe jeu-de-boulesbaan.
In de buurt kunt u genieten van het proeven van de lokale specialiteiten (Floc de Gascogne, Armagnac, gekonfijte eend, foie gras, scharrelkip uit de Gers), zwemmen in het meer van Aignan met zijn witte zandstrand en zijn recreatiecentrum - ontsnappingsspel, boomklimmen, peddelen...), ontsnappen op de wegen van Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle met zijn prestigieuze plaatsen (zoals Auch of Castelnau-sur-l'Auvignon), fietsen met de neus in de wind, dansen, zingen en dromen tijdens de vele festivals en vieringen (Les médievales des Termes d'Armagnac, Jazz-in-Marciac, Feria d'Eauze en Vic-Fezensac en opnieuw Tempo Latino, Classic Festival op het Circuit Paul Armagnac in Nogaro met zijn auto en vrachtwagen races georganiseerd in de hele regio.

The rental of a pitch, accommodation of any type, a gîte, or a bed and breakfast room implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale by the contracting parties. Only registered individuals are authorized to occupy the pitches and/or rental units allocated to them. The reservation is personal and includes the responsibility of the person making the reservation; subletting or transferring one's place to a third party is not permitted without the prior consent of the manager.

The reservation conditions apply to stays within a family, associative, or professional context. In the case of a group, the identity of the individuals comprising it must be communicated upon reservation, and any changes in its composition must be reported upon arrival.

1. Pitch Rental

We offer bare pitches that can accommodate up to 6 people for your tent, caravan, or motorhome within the park during the campsite's opening periods.
The price of the pitch – which is a price per night of occupancy – varies according to the applicable rate schedule.
Pitches are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM (noon) at the latest on the day of departure. Any overrun will incur an additional day's charge. This package includes access to the domain's facilities.
For stays of less than 3 days, full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.

Upon arrival, the full payment for the rental (minus the deposit) must be paid. If you wish, you can also pay the total amount in advance.
In the event of arrival after the scheduled date and without notification from you up to 2 days before the start date of the rental, you will be charged the total amount of the reserved rental.

2. Holiday Home (HLL) Rental

We offer holiday home (HLL) type accommodation that can accommodate up to 5 people depending on the type and destination, during the campsite's opening periods.
The price of the accommodation is applicable per night of occupancy or for the duration of occupancy and varies according to the applicable rate schedule based on the defined calendar period.
Accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 AM at the latest on the day of departure. Any overrun will incur an additional day's charge. This package includes access to the domain's facilities.
During the period from July 1st to August 31st, the preferred rental duration is a minimum of 5 days, but depending on availability, this can be adjusted.
Full payment for the rental must be paid 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 is required.
This will be returned to you after an inventory check or will be retained in the event of damage.
Cleaning is mandatory before departure. A deposit of €50 will be requested; however, a cleaning service can be requested and paid for upon arrival.

3. Gîte Rental

5. Booking Procedures

The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the manager and subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount.
In the absence of any written notification from the tenant that they have delayed their arrival, the rental will be released 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the rental will be required.
Pets are allowed with the prior agreement of the manager and subject to a fee.

In case of cancellation, you will remain liable for:
The deposit of 30% of the total rental amount if cancellation is made in writing no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
The full payment of the reservation if cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
