Met 9 Tipis, 3 trailers, trucks cowboys 5 en 4 cabines met 2 aan het water, zal de site van etangs du moulin zijn centrale ligging in het hart van de Aisne laten u toe om tot de ontdekking van plaatsen zoals de stad van Laon, het Chateau de Coucy, de Chemin des Dames. Om u ook ontdekken vissen, waterfietsen een Kart of gewoon laten gaan en genieten van een maaltijd Tex'N.

Reservation:
A deposit (30% of the total cost of your stay) is required in order to confirm your reservation. The balance of the account must be paid at least 30 days before the start of your stay.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the total amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
The reservation is considered confirmed on receipt of a confirmation from us.
Conditions for the cancellation of a reservation :
- more than 30 days before the start of the stay:
15€ administration costs
- between 30 and 15 days before the start of the stay:
25% of the cost of the stay
- between 14 and 8 days before the start of the stay:
50% of the cost of the stay
- between 7 and 2 days before the start of the stay
75% of the cost of the stay
- 1 day before or no-show:
100% of the cost of the stay
Prices
The rental prices are applicable for the season 2021. The contractual price is that confirmed at the time of the reservation.
Our prices include all taxes, the hire of the accommodation and the equipment in it, water, electricity and heating charges, bed linen, towels and access to non paying activities.
Prices do not include the final cleaning (the 'romany gispy car or wagon' must be cleaned before the keys are returned), personal expenses, access to paying activities, the deposit and holiday tax.
Deposit:
A deposit of 120€ per gypsy caravan, log cabin, wagon and tepee is requested (for weekly rentals) upon your arrival and will be returned after your departure, after any deductions for breakages.
Holiday Tax:
The holiday tax, which is collected for the local authority, is to be paid on arrival.
Arrival and Departure:
Possession of your romany gispy car,tepee or wagon is possible from 3 PM. Keys should be returned before 10 AM on the day of your departure.
In cases of a departure earlier than anticipated, no reimbursement can be made.
Inventory:
We will check the inventory after your departure. If there are no problems your deposit will be returned to you. In incidences of damage caused during your stay we will contact you and request that you pay for the repairs to be completed, or replacements bought. After payment, your deposit will be returned to you. Non payment may result in the deposit being kept by us.
Cleaning of your accommodation:
We pay special attention to the cleanliness of your accomodation. If however you notice something we have forgotten, we request that you contact us immediately to enable us to rectify the situation. Reclamations made later than the day of your arrival cannot be taken into consideration.
Before your departure we request that you undertake the cleaning of your romany gispy car. If you prefer not to do so, you can request the final cleaning service (except kitchen area) for a supplement of 35€ per romany gispy car.
Lost and Found:
At the end of your stay, please check that no personal objects have been left in the romany gispy car or in the communal areas. All personal objects, with the exception of perishables, must be claimed in the month following your departure. Reclaimed objects will be returned after reception of the postage costs.
Vehicles:
Parking spaces are provided not far from the romany gispy cars and for wagon. Clients may park their vehicles next to their romany gispy car temporarily, in order to unpack their luggage. Cars must not, in any case, be driven on the grass. A lack of respect for these rules may result in your vehicle being removed, at your expense.
Environment:
We request that guests use the recycling facilities available to them in order to assist us in protecting the environment.
Tourist Information:
Tourist information relating to the local area is at your disposition to assist in organising your excursions.
Reclamations:
In order to ensure that you are not held responsible for objects missing from the inventory we request that you signal any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of your arrival.
To ensure that you pass an enjoyable stay, please signal any problems to the reception.
Divers:
In situations out with our control (eg natural disaster,...) which prevents us from assuring our engagements, we engage to repay in total, the cost of your stay without entitling you to claim additional damages or claims.

De pionier cabine is volledig uitgeruste badkamer met douche, toilet, twee slaapkamers met een aparte slaapkamer met terras, grote woonkamer en een keuken die volledig thuis.

Na de pioniers in de wagens ten westen van Picardië te ontdekken, stop de tijd om te verblijven in een van onze hutten. De Fisherman's Hut van een hoogte van 2,80 m met uitzicht op de Indische reservering en trappers. Uitzicht op het meer van het grote terras, heeft twee slaapkamers, een keuken, een badkamer met toilet en douche en een lounge ontvangen van moderne technologie (televisie). Elke houtsoort die hut is geschikt voor maximaal 5 personen.

De pionier wagen is het beste verblijf in het land van de cowboys. De wagen is geschikt voor een gezin van 5 personen en uitgerust met een kleine keuken, een badkamer met douche en toilet, een stapelbed en een tweepersoonsbed. De pionierswagen is mooi gedecoreerd, u heeft het idee dat u zich midden in het bos bevindt.
