Flower Camping Val Vert en Berry

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ø CONFIRMATION

The pod rental is confirmed as soon as we receive the order form with the deposit account (35% of the final payment). A confirmation with the amount paid and the booking number is then sent to the patron. A payment without a booking number, or a booking number without the payment of a deposit shall not ensure this booking.

Ø DELAYS

Patrons should arrive between 3PM and 8PM, the day of arrival. Without any information, if no one has turned up 48 hours after the date of arrival, the rental becomes available. No refund shall be given.

Ø ARRIVAL

On arrival, the customer shall present the rental confirmation at the reception.

A €200 guarantee deposit is required for the rental when the keys are handed in. This will be given back at the end of the stay, after the inventory of fixtures

Ø BOOKING CHANGES

Booking changes are possible, depending on availability.

Ø CURTAILMENT

No refund will be given in case of curtailment or shortened stay.

Ø CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, there is a cancellation compensation in the amount of 25€.

Any cancellation should be written and sent through registered mail to the campsite manager.

Refund is possible according to the conditions stated below:

• Cancellation more than 45 days before the beginning of the stay : The deposit can be given back (reduced by 25€)

• Cancellation less than 45 days before the beginning of the stay: The deposit is kept by the campsite.

CANCELLATION due to the COVID pandemic :

In case of difficulties due to COVID (campsite closing, customers infected with Covid, travel ban...), the deposit paid by the customer can be refunded, or a credit (deposit value) can be offered (available during 12 monthes).

Ø CLEANING

Patrons are held responsible for any degradation. They must hold an insurance policy.The final cleaning is included in the rental price.

SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN THE PODS.

Ø TOURIST TAX:

The tourist tax is not included in the price, and it should be paid upon arrival.

Admission

It is necessary to be authorised by the manager or his representative, to be admitted onto the campsite. The manager is responsible for the regulation application. Staying at the “Val Vert en Berry”, implies that the Campsite regulations should be accepted. It is assumed that when patrons book with us they agree and will comply with the campsite Val Vert en Berry rules and regulation.

Dwelling is forbidden on the campsite.

Any breach of the rules may lead to expulsion.

For accessibility and safety reasons, double-axle caravans (or exceeding 5.5m) are not accepted

The campsite is dedicated to holiday visitors only. Caravan groups are not accepted.

Formalities:

Unaccompanied campers under 18 will only be accepted with a written parental authorisation.

According to article R611-35 of the “code de l'entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d'asile »( French regulation on entry and stay of foreigners and asylum right) patrons holding a foreign passport will need to fill in an information sheet for the French Police.

Settling in

Tents and/or caravans can be pitched only where and when the pitch number has been assigned by the campsite staff.

For pitches, departure is imperative before noon.

For pod rentals, booking is possible after 3PM, and departure is required before 10AM.

Reception

Reception is open from 15h00 to 19h00 (from April, 15th to June 30th AND from September 1st to October 31st)

Reception is open from 10h00 to 20h00 (July-August)

All information about sport facilities, tourist attractions, restaurants and, shops around the campsite, emergency services, is available at the Reception.

Written suggestions and claims may be addressed at the reception during the stay.

Display

The Val Vert en Berry regulation document is displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception. Any patron may be given this document upon request.

Prices are displayed at the reception, and communicated to the customers according to the rules set by the Ministry.

Fees

-Fees shall be paid at the reception, on the basis of the number nights spent on the campsite.

Prices:

The basic price includes 1 pitch for 2 people +1 tent or 1 caravan + 1 car or 1 motorhome, and access to the sanitary block.

Extra person, electricity, water, drainage, pets are payable in addition.

The tourist tax (0.40€/person over 18 years old, and per day) is additional.

The balance of the payment must be paid at the beginning of the stay, as well as the additional costs and taxes.

For pods rentals, a €200 guarantee deposit is required at the beginning of the stay. This will be returned at the end of the stay, if the departure takes place during reception opening hours, or by post within 10 days after the departure (in case of damage or loss in the pod, the amount of the repairs will be deducted).

When leaving the campsite, patrons are encouraged to let the reception know the night before their departure. Should they want to extend their stay, they are also invited to inform the reception.

Credit cards, cash or “chèques-vacances” are accepted

Noise and silence

Noise or conversation that may disturb neighbours should be avoided. Sound systems volume should be adapted accordingly. Door banging is not admitted.

Only dogs kept on lead are admitted. They may not be left alone inside the accommodation when patrons are off the campsite.

Silence is required between 10PM and 7AM.

Visitors

Visitors are accepted with the campsite manager's authorization. Patrons are responsible for these visitors; the number of accepted visitors is limited to 4. Visitor's cars may not be parked on the campsite. A visitor's car park is available next to the campsite.

Traffic movement and parking

Gates are open from 8:00 to 22:00 in summer (from 8:30 to 22:00 off-season).

Speed is limited on the campsite, and traffic is authorized between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Parking must not hinder the traffic of the other vehicles.

Facilities

- Smoking is forbidden in the collective areas and in the pods.

-Please refrain from any behaviour that may be harmful to the campsite and its equipment.

-It is strictly prohibited to throw waste water onto the ground; patrons must use the equipment provided.

-Litter must be thrown away; large bins are located at the entrance of the campsite.

-Use sinks to wash dishes.

-It is possible to hang up clothes provided it remains discreet. Trees shall not be used to hang up laundry.

-Plants, trees and flowers must not be removed nor damaged. Cutting off branches, hammering in nails on trees, growing food are forbidden.

-Digging is forbidden.

-Any damage to vegetation, fences, equipment will have to be paid for by the person who caused it.

-Please maintain your spot in the state you found it on your arrival.

Safety

a)Fire prevention

Wood and coal fires are STRICTLY forbidden. Barbecues are allowed. Camping stoves shall be kept in good working state. In the event of a fire, warn immediately a member of staff. Fire extinguishers are available at the reception.

A first aid kit is available at the reception.

b) Theft

The campsite management team is responsible for valuables left at the reception, and it has to watch the area.

Campers are responsible for their own pitch/valuables during their stay and must report to a member of staff any suspicious people.

Play area

Children must be permanently supervised by their parents at the playground. Noisy and violent games are not permitted.

The meeting room cannot be used for rough games.

The campsite's management shall not be held responsible for damages that could occur to patron's equipment or car.

Pets:

They are accepted on the campsite (except for 1st/2nd category dogs) for a daily fee, within the limit of 2 pets/ pitch. They must be kept on lead on the campsite, the lead shall not be tied up a tree or any other plant, and pets shall not be left alone when patrons are off the campsite.

Please pick up after your pet. Also provide a vaccination record.

Storage

No equipment shall remain on pitches.

Wi-Fi

Le Camping Val Vert en Berry shall not be held responsible in case the provider for technical reasons fails to provide the service.

WIFI is available for private use only

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is reserved only for the campsite customers. It is private and not supervised. Children are the responsibility of their parents during the swim, and in all the swimming pool area. Any user has to respect the swimming pool rules. Any breach of the rules may lead to expulsion of the area.

Campsite regulation breach

In case a patron should disturb someone else's stay or not comply with the present rules and regulation, management shall be forced to ask for the nuisance to come to an end. This may lead to contract termination.

All criminal offence will be reported to the police.

Dispute

With the provisions of Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, every customer of the campsite has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to amicably resolving a dispute which would The operator of the land.
