These conditions govern the sale of holidays and are valid at the time the order is placed. The fact of booking a stay implies full acceptance.

All reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred. The campsite management may cancel the reservation without any reimbursement if the person(s) arriving for the stay is (are) not the person(s) specified in the contract. The reservation becomes effective only after written confirmation from the campsite, and after receipt of the reservation contract duly completed and accompanied by the deposit and the booking fee. No reduction or reimbursement will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure, whether for personal, weather, medical or other reasons. Each pitch or accommodation can accommodate a maximum of one vehicle. If the client has several vehicles for his stay, in accordance with the maximum number of people authorised according to the type of accommodation, an outside car park is available; this car park is not supervised and its use by the client is under his sole responsibility, the campsite declining all responsibility in any respect whatsoever. All persons must comply with the safety instructions and the campsite rules and regulations available at the reception. Access to and from the campsite, as well as traffic within the campsite, is forbidden to vehicles of any kind from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The following methods of payment are accepted at reception:checks, bank cards, cash, ANCV checks and bank transfers. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting him/her.

RESERVATION

Reservation of a pitch : The pre-reservation is effective upon receipt of the contract duly completed, signed and deposit paid + file fee of 12 €) with acceptance of the general conditions. The balance must be paid on arrival. Each pitch can only be occupied by a maximum of six people. Only one animal (which must be an animal usually qualified as a pet) is allowed per pitch.

La Croze campsite will confirm your reservation by telephone or e-mail. If you wish to receive confirmation by post, please specify this. If no pre-reservation confirmation is returned to the campsite within 7 days, the stay will be automatically cancelled without notice.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the start of your stay for rentals.

In case of reservation made less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the full payment plus the booking fee must be made at the time of reservation.

The balance must be paid within the deadline otherwise the stay will be cancelled. In all cases, the booking fee and the deposit will be retained by the campsite. The invoice will be issued the day before departure, in case of supplements.

PRICES AND TOURIST TAX

All prices include VAT.

The amount of the tourist tax is indicated on the attached rates, the amount is fixed by the community of communes.

PERIOD OF RETRACTION

By virtue of article L121-21-8 of the law of 2014-344 of the consumer code, all the services offered are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in articles L.121-20 and following of the consumer code. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
