GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present general conditions govern automatically all holiday sales made at the campsite. They form part of any contract between
the campsite Bel'Epoque du Pilat and its customers.
Each client acknowledges having read these terms and conditions before booking a vacation for himself and anyone involved in living.
According to the law, these terms and conditions are available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract
of sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon written request addressed to the head of the institution.
1) All bookings are personal and can not, under any circumstances, be assigned or sublet.
2) The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees.
Rental, mobile home and tent wine lodge: Arrival from 16:00 to 20:00, departure before 10:00.
If you can not arrive on time, it is essential to inform the reception at 04-74-87-66-60.
3) In the absence of written telegram or camper or tenant, stating that he had to postpone the date of arrival, the location becomes
available 24 hours after the arrival of the lease, and full payment of services will be required. Phone messages are not allowed.
Pitches : Arrivals from 13:30 to 20:00, departures before 12:00.
4) In case of cancellation, you will be successful, or you will need :
a) an amount equal to 30% of the full cost of the stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the expected arrival date.
b ) an amount equal to the total of the stay if you cancel less than 31 days before arrival date, or if you do not show up on that date.
c) for cancellation of a pitch, regardless of the date of receipt of the cancellation, all monies owed to the reservation is accepted.
For any indemnity, we invite you to take out cancellation insurance.
5) To validate a stay for a rental mobile home or tent wine lodge the balance is due one month before. For a site the amount of the stay
is payable in full on the day of arrival.
6) A deposit of € 285 (check or cash ) per unit of accommodation will be requested at the keys.
This check will be returned after inventory and condition places, but broken or damaged and possibly the cost of repair or cleaning
(85 € for cleaning ) will be your responsibility and will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be sent by mail within two
weeks of your departure .
Inventory : You will be given upon arrival, we advise you to check and report any breach and within 24 hours.
No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.
7) The insurance is optional. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance (+5% of total price).
The campsite offers you optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity will
refund all or part of the stay only to customers that have purchased Campez Couvert insurance.
In case of cancellation, please notify the campsite of your cancellation as soon as an event occurs that prevents your departure, by letter
or by email. If the claim is covered in the general conditions (available at www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), please
notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
8) Camping disclaims any responsibility in case of theft and damage on others and on the material of the tenant caused by a third party.
Insurance for your equipment for civil liability is mandatory ( FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ... ).
The Client accommodated on a pitch or in accommodation must be insured in civil liability. An insurance certificate may be requested
from the Client before the start of the service.
9) All camper or tenant is required to comply with the rules of the campsite.
10) Payment : by bank transfer to the campsite, credit card, cash.
11 ) The tax is not included, it is to be paid locally ( € 0.55/ person over 18 years / per night).
12) In case of dispute, the client can use the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C - 49 rue de Ponthieu - 75008 Paris

13) The client understands that Camping Bel'Époque du Pilat cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information provided by its
partners or any third party, whether in their brochures or on their websites. The photos and texts used in the brochure or on the website
are for indicative purposes only and have no contractual value.
14) The information provided by the client will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
