Blankets are provided as well as pillows but please bring your SHEETS and pillow covers.
Our CAMPECO cottages without sanitary facilities are located less than 40 meters from our very well equipped and 24 hours open collective sanitary buildings.
The DEPOSIT amounts to 50% of the cost of the stay booked in the chalet.
In case of CANCELATION less than 40 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit won't be refunded.
Payment of the BALANCE at 100% of the cost of the stay is required 30 days before the date of arrival.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 150 € will be requested upon arrival, then returned at departure, subject to the state of cleanliness and any possible
damage caused to the rental structure.
Please note that the legal provisions relating to the RIGHT OF RETRACTATION are not applicable to our tourism products
(article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: For this service we recommend membership to the FFCC (French Camping Federation) for an amount of 35 euros
per year and per family which includes Cancellation Insurance.
CAMPING PITCHES:
The DEPOSIT amounts to 50% of the cost of the stay or 70 euros per week.
In case of CANCELATION less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit won't be refunded.
MEDIATION:
In the event of a dispute and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the camper-consumer may, after having tried a direct and amicable recourse
with Camping ISERAND, refer the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman within a period of time maximum one year from the date of written complaint sent by mail
recommended for camping.
