Camping Coeur d'Ardèche

In het groene hart van de Ardèche in een gevarieerd landschap van bergen, rivieren, bossen en velden tussen Les Ollières en Privas biedt Camping Coeur d'Ardèche**** u een vakantie vol rust, ruimte en plezier.

De Ardèche staat niet alleen bekend om de kastanjes maar ook om z'n typiche achitetuur van opgestapelde stenen die we ook terugvinden in het dorp naast de camping: Chambon de Bavas.

Op korte afstand van de camping ligt Les Ollières sur Eyrieux voor uw dagelijkse benodigdheden en waar u een bezoek aan het Toeristenbureau kan brengen.

Via Privas bereikt u het zuiden van de Ardèche waar u het natuurspektakel, de Gorges de l'Ardèche kan aanschouwen met als grootste verbazing de natuurlijk gevormde brug 'Le Pont d'Arc'. Dit gebied is eveneens rijk aan druipsteengrotten.

Diverse 'duivelsbruggen' vinden we in dit department. Bij Thueyts vinden we een prachtig exemplaar. Een mooi gebied voor een korte wandeling.

In het westen van het departement bevinden zich 'les montagnes de l'Ardèche'. De hoogste top van 1551 meter hoogte 'Le Gerbier-de-Jonc', is te bereiken via het dorpje Mézilhac. Aan de voet van de berg ontspringt de rivier 'La Loire'. De waterval 'Le Ray-Pic' in ditzelfde schitterende vulkaanlandschap heeft een verval van ± 30 meter.

De vallei 'Le Doux' in het noorden van de Ardèche is alleen te doorkruisen met een toeristisch stoomtreintje van Tournon naar Lamastre.

Kortom, van alles om u kennis te laten maken met de Ardèche.

1. SERVICES: the reception is open from 8:00am to 7pm .
2. BOOKING: a and b
a . Property rental only comes into effect upon receipt of the rental agreement which shall be dated and signed and
accompanied by a payment corresponding to the deposit for the cost of the holidays, to which are added the registration
fees and the cancellation policy (if subscribed) . For all custommers with helped paiement like VACAF, registration fees are
30 € instead of 12 € for normal paiement (in low season administration fees may vary, calculate the amount) . If you book
directly online, you don't need to send us an additional contract, you just have to send us your deposit immediatly after our
validation email of your booking request . If you've paid by credit card you don't need to send us anything else .
b . after receipt of your payment, we will send you a booking confirmation by mail, we will send you a document confirming your
booking by post or email .
Reservations are personal and cannot be sublet or assigned .
3. ARRIVAL: the rented accomodation will be available from 4:00pm (noon for camping place) until 9:00pm on the day of
your arrival . In the absence of any written notice from the client saying that he has to postpone his date of arrival, the rented
accomodation becomes available for rent to other clients 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on your rental agreement and
payment for the originally booked holiday will still have to be paid in full . Phone messages will not be accepted .
4. DEPARTURE: on the day of your departure, the rented accomodation must be fully vacated and cleaned before 10:00am at the
latest (noon for camping place), departure from 8:00am .
5. PAYMENT: the full payment of your stay must reach to Camping Cœur d'Ardèche at the latest 31 days before the expected date
of arrival . Warning, if the full payment has not been receive, your rental agreement will be cancelled .
Payment can be paid in instalment on demand . If you want to pay with ANCV, please send it by registered mail . On the day of your
arrival, local taxes and Eco-Tax of € 0 .60 and € 0 .40 per night and per adult will be paid .
6. CANCELLATION: we offer optionnal cancellation insurance : it's highly recommanded to register to one in order to get a
possible compensation in case of cancellation or early departure . Rate 4% of the cost of the stay . We won't be able to get any
compensation if you have booked your stay without registering to the cancellation insurance . In case of cancellation more than 30
days prior your arrival date, the deposit and the registration fees won't be reimbursed . If you have subscribe to the cancellation
insurance, please send a registered mail to the camping and report the claim within 5 business days to the insurance company .
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before your arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged (see article 5) . If
you have subscribe to the cancellation insurance, please you can report a claim for compensation within 5 business days to the
insurance company after notifying it by mail to the camping . In case of interruption of the set out stay, you can claim for damages
only only if you have subscribe to the cancellation insurance . Please contact immediatly Valeur Insurance and ask the camping
a certificate for early departure .
7. BOOKING CANCELLATION INSURANCE WITH INTERRUPTION STAY: Camping Coeur d'Ardèche has signed a contract
with the company «Campez Couvert» . To ensure your stay, it should be noted on the rental contract by checking the option
«Cancellation Insurance» and pay it at the time of the deposit . The reimbursement conditions are visible on our website www .
campingcoeurardeche .com or on request by email or post .
8. GUARANTEE: * to rent a bungalow, mobile-home or chalet, on arrival a deposit of 200 € will be required either by check or by
credit card . This deposit guarantees the good condition of the rental and the cleaning . It will be returned the day of your departure
after inventory of your rental (between 8 am and 18 pm, outside these hours, the deposit will be destroyed) . For equipment
breakdown, refer to the inventory present in the lease .
* For a Emplacement, you will not be asked to bail .
FOREIGN CUSTOMERS OR NOT CHECKBOOK: FOOTPRINT OF CB OR FILING OF SECURITY IN CASH WILL BE REQUESTED .
9. PETS: must be kept on a lead inside the campsite . Any fouling must be cleaned up by the owner . The owners must be able to
show us their pets' health records as well as their markings and vaccination certificates .
10. INSURANCE: the holidaymakers who have registered properly at reception benefit from civil liability insurance for any bodily
injury or material damage for which our liability will be legally recognised . The holidaymakers must have valid insurance to cover
their equipment (or their rented equipment) and they will be asked to show evidence of their civil liability insurance upon their
arrival .
11. Our guests are required to abide by the rules and regulations of Camping Cœur d'Ardèche. The Privas court system is the
only authority in charge in case of disputes .
12. Our promotion – 25 % – 30 % or – 50 % from 7 days in green and yellow period: attendance required for 7 nights . In case of
early departure, the tariff will be amended accordingly . Promotion no longer apply
