Handover was great - easy to do. Run through of how the vehicle works etc and a folder of information in case of any questions whilst away. Ben was easy to talk with and all communication was clear and concise. September 2026

Awesome trip in Renee, was homely and the shower, hot hot hot, Gaz was most impressed with this. Everything to hand and easy to use. Ben & Jo wonderful hosts, cant wait for the next trip with Renee, definitely a favourite now. Augustus 2026

This van had everything we needed, drove really smooth, picnic chairs and table etc, very clean. Small fridge, cassette toilet even a shower which we didnt use. Van was very clean and organised. We had a great couple of days in Wales and loved that everything was included, we brought our dog along and he loved it. Handover was easy and very detailed following the Goboony app. Read the small print and download app in advance, assess milage limit for your planned trip as there is a small fee per mile if you go over and bring an extra quilt as it did get a bit nippy at night, the dog hogged most of the quilt though so that might have been the cause. Thanks Ben for loaning Renee to us. Augustus 2026

This is a lovely campervan with everything you need really for a great time. Ben is a really cool dude who was really helpful over everything. We took it to Cropredy Festival and it drove lovely . Really comfy to sit in during some seriously hot days too!! I wouldn’t hesitate booking this camper again . Loved it. Augustus 2026

We had a great couple of days in Ben & Jo’s van, our first van experience! Jo gave me a full run through of how to use everything when we collected the van and there is a folder full of easy to follow instructions/pictures for the odd thing we forgot. We stayed fairly locally around Derbyshire but the van drove well and it is easy to drive once you get used to the size. The van is well equipped and the outside chairs are super comfy! We loved it and would definitely recommend Renee for your trip! Thanks to Ben & Jo for letting us hire your lovely van. Augustus 2026

Camper van suited our needs to attend a music festival. Although a bit compact it had all you need in the van, but need to be aware to duck or bang your head, which I did a couple of times. Once got used to driving a vehicle larger than used too, it was easy to dive. Ben the owner was very helpful and provided all the information needed. Also a very useful folder with info about controls etc Augustus 2026

Jo provided us with an excellent round trip of the van before we left and we had everything we needed for an excellent weekend away with friends. We were staying just 12 miles away from where we picked up Renee, however, she drove really well and felt very solid. The campervan performed really well over our two days and we would definitely consider hiring Renee again if we organise another weekend near to Belper. The handover was smooth and everything was fully shown/explained to us. We are experienced campers but novice campervaners and were totally at ease when we pulled away from Ben’s house. We stayed local but the trip was brilliant and the van itself very comfortable. Would fully recommend staying in Ben’s van. Thank you for being great hosts. Juni 2026
