Aaah we loved Finona and loved our camper van Megara even more. Couldn't recommend enough that anyone thinking about camper vanning around Scotland that they say yes! Our van Megara had all the facilities that we could have asked for and made our tour of the North Coast 500 very comfortable and enjoyable! Mei 2026

The hand over was not as comprehensive as we would have liked. We were informed that the Radio, Sat Nav & reversing camera & one of the 12V charger were not working. You could only lock the side door from the outside and remained problematic throughout the trip. The T.V was so complicated to work we didn't use it. Our journey around the NC500 was fantastic but we did have the perfect weather. Shortly into our journey we had continuous problems with the hand brake not releasing, one stage we blocked the exit of a car park for 20 minutes, it was serious enough for us to call Fiona only to receive a dismissive answer that it is user error, upon returning the motorhome we handed this back to Fiona's father, we mentioned the handbrake situation and he acknowledge that he had also had the same problem and thought it had been repaired. Though mechanically sound and seeing comparable motor homes we feel that we did not get value for money. The kitchen equipment was very under equipped. The oven had a 4 ring hob but only 1 sauce pan & 1 frying pan. The motor home was mechanically sound, gear box, clutch & engine coped with the NC500 roads very well. Though there wasn't anything about the motor home that stood out as being special. Mei 2026

Had a fantastic few days in Hercules touring the Isle of Skye. Had everything we needed and the van very quickly felt like our little home! The handover with Fiona couldn’t have been simpler as she kindly met me at the airport when I landed so I could hit the road straight away. Video instructions were also very helpful! Will definitely look to book again in the future! Thank you Oktober 2025

We had the BEST time travelling around in ‘Meg’! Really well equipped, nice and cosy and super easy to get around in. This was our first time in a motorhome and safe to say, we will be doing it again! Fiona was absolutely outstanding. Any questions we had, she was always very responsive and her recommendations were super helpful. Cannot recommend Fiona enough! We had very thorough handover before taking over our motorhome and we were also sent some videos so we could look at this also. When we had an issue, we simply contacted via text and we could sort things straight away. There was a handbook also for reference. We did the NC500 with our dogs and being on motorhome meant stops were very easy and could change plans last minute. We were hit by a storm which obviously made things quite rocky overnight - but this is simply luck of the weather. We would definitely consider renting a motorhome from this vendor again, but we had a lovely time. The Size of this motorhome was perfect for us ( 2 adults, 3 large dogs) and meant we could do everywhere we wanted ( length restrictions apply on some of the NC 500). Oktober 2025

We had an amazing week travelling the NC500 in Effie! Fiona made our experience exploring the highlands very easy due to great communication, and provided amazing knowledge of places to visit. We would highly recommend Effie to singles or couples as we were very comfortable with everything we needed to hand. Oktober 2025

Loved our long weekend in Big Ed - Fiona was so helpful and friendly. Everything worked well and Big Ed was a delight to drive - felt much easier than I was expecting - it was our first time in a campervan so will definitely be returning. Well equipped, comfortable and cosy. Oktober 2025

The handover covered everything we needed for our trip . We completed the NC 500 in Hercules. We spent a night in Sango Sands campsite in Durness which was hit by a storm , this was quite an experience! Hercules has everything you need , Fiona has thought about everything, thank you . September 2025
