Where do I start the state of the camper was disgusting inside and out I got told it was late back from the service the day before so they couldn’t clean it but it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks there was cobwebs and the fridge was filthy the cupboards and drawers have something sticky in the sink leaks all over the floor as well as the toilet every time you flush it.The wiring to the speakers is just dangling down, and the power supply to the tv in the back is just in Connect to blocks and not sure if it’s 240v or not so didn’t use it just in case of getting a electric shock the camper had a so called service two out three wipers work the passenger side one doesn’t move so when it rains you can’t see through the passenger side and the passenger mirror is held in with tape and the support leg for the awning are broken and just thrown in the garage compartment

We had an amazing trip and the motorhome was really great to drive! Also, we had great help and service from Andrew and felt safe during the entire journey knowing that we could get quick help if we had any questions or problems. Small problem was easily fixed! Our first time with a quite big motorhome went very well and the motorhome took us through Scotlands breathtaking Highlands. We are really happy with our experience with hiring from Tim’s Travel! We had a lovely trip in this van. As a family of four, with a dog, we were all comfortable throughout our journey (even at -17c during a snow storm on the Austrian border). The van took us through 10 countries in mainland Europe, all the way to Croatia and back, across 5 weeks. We also managed to stay off grid throughout most of the trip - which was brilliant. We had a couple of small issues but all was resolved - thank you to Adam and Andrew for their help during and after the journey.
