Jennifer is a lovely lady and very professional in the handover. We did have trouble finding her property as the house name was on a wheelie bin only. We hired the campervan for 3 of us to take a camping trip with electric hook up. Jennifer mentioned that she had filled the water tank so it was ready to use, and confirmed there was an electric hook up. She said she had never used the sink herself. Unfortunately the mattress supplied for the pull down bed was very hard and the bottom bed does deflate. We had no running water the motor/pump did not work. The cooker ignitor did not work. The supplied plates etc were dirty. The fridge only stayed cold when the Camper was driving. The service light was on. When advising Jennifer of these issues upon return and that we could not open the water tank with the key it kept spinning. She did say that the people the previous week did not have any issues, and she would give us some money back. We have only received the deposit paid no extra for the inconvenience as suggested. I mention these issues so that they can be corrected before future people hire the van. Juli 2026

Jenny let us pick Birdy up a couple of hours early, the van was spotless and a lovely clean smell. Jenny talk us through everything and all went smoothly. We had a lovely time away drove down to Dorset for a couple of days, then on to Somerset, bath and Stonehenge. Great communication from Jenny while away nothing to do with the van. The van was fine and having the LWB made so much difference to a SWB. Thanks you Jenny Laura & Floyd x x September 2025

Jennifer was a really friendly host and told us everything we needed to know in an easy to understand way. The handover was really smooth. It was our first camper van experience and spent 3 great days in the new forest. Birdy was a great camper van and everything worked as we were told. There was no electric hook up at the site, but the battery kept us going all through the trip. We hope to book birdy again later this year. Thanks to Jenny. Juli 2025

We took Birdy from Kent to Scotland for a Highlands road trip. The van was equipped with everything we could need to be on-and-off grid. Jenny was great at communicating and cared very much that we had a relaxed and fun time. Oktober 2024

Jenny made the planning and lead up to our trip so easy going and smooth. The camper van is beautiful, spacious, cosy and easy to drive. Jenny herself was so kind, friendly and replied almost instantly any time I messaged her with any questions I had. She was always just a call away too. All in all, our road trip holiday was everything we could have wished for and more all thanks to Jenny and her beautiful camper van! We will definitely be using her again in the future.
