Helga is magnificent and has real kerb-side appeal, with a very thoughtful and practical customisation to provide a base on wheels. Daniel was super helpful and very thorough in providing details during the handover, but there's a lot to take in (especially for newbies to motor homing) so I would recommend taking notes - as there's an awful lot of keys, switches and buttons to remember - and download the over the cab tent instructions before setting off. The gearbox takes a bit of getting used to but she cruises along nicely at 50-60 mph and all round visibility is good (reversing camera wasn't working but his didn't cause an issue) although the small fuel tank does mean that you need to stop regularly. Helga is an absolute joy. Easily the most comfortable motorhome I’ve ever stayed in. The extra height is welcome for tall people like myself and the clever lowering bed means no games of Tetris at the end of the day, you’re in bed in minutes. She’s also a talking point and helped us meet a lot of people at the festival we attended. Helga’s owner is a real pleasure to deal with. Never makes you feel you’re asking too much and is very accommodating. This is our second adventure with Helga and I hope not our last. Juli 2026

We absolutely loved Helga and will hopefully take her out again. No more tents for us ! I had to drive as I have the C1 but I soon got used to the gears and the left hand drive didn't bother me at all. The power steering is good. Helga has a very useful shower and toilet and it was a novelty being able to use a hair dryer at a festival. My eldest slept in the tent box, this is accessed from a ladder at the front, she loved having her own space. My youngest slept on the double bed above us. This top bunk bed adjusts up and down so you can move it out of the way. We all loved sitting on the roof and we could see and hear the main stage from there. The ice machine came in very handy and Helga was very well equipped with everything you need. We loved the bar area. The only negative for me is you need to travel light, I used the front left drivers seat as my wardrobe. My husband and kids kept their bags under the seats. Daniel did a great job on handover and clearly explained how everything works. We are very impressed with the conversion he has done and Helga got lots of attention at the festival. Augustus 2025

We had an amazing week exploring the UK with Helga, and she was the perfect home on wheels for the two of us. The motorhome is full of clever details, comfortable, and a real head-turner everywhere we went. Everything worked flawlessly and made the trip so easy and enjoyable. Daniel was fantastic from start to finish — super friendly, clear with communication, and always helpful. Picking Helga up was straightforward and set us up perfectly for the adventure. This was our first experience in a campervan and 4 nights in Helga did not disappoint. Although I have a C1 license, we were staying fairly local so the owner Daniel delivered Helga and was exceptionally helpful in assisting us with our plans. A lot of thought has gone into making a stay in Helga as comfortable as possible, the solar panels and good size water tanks greatly enable being ‘off grid’, thus it made for an exceptional first time in a campervan. Appreciated the little wood burner stove when it got cold of an evening, Helga very quickly warmed up and made for cosy stay. Likewise, appreciated the awning, tables & chairs when it was hot & sunny. Power sockets and blue illuminated phone chargers enabled practical use when needed. A good size fridge with freezer compartment was very handy, ample seating space, along with a selection of cupboards & compartments for storage. A new experience for us, and an enjoyable one. This is a very well appointed vehicle and perfect for a family adventure. We went to Cornwall for a few days and parked right next to the sea. Great orientation from Daniel and was on hand for the duration in case we needed any assistance December 2024

Made an excellent camping base for Cropredy festival. Everything we needed was on-board and we made good use of it all. Helga generated lots of interest from other campers, as she is a unique vehicle and is very difficult to lose in a field full of other motorhomes, caravans and tents! Augustus 2024

Helga is an amazing Van and was a fantastic addition for my 50th party. She has benefitted from an amazing conversion by Daniel and family and she has a load of features that we didn't use but some that were brilliant. Solar and leisure battery were amazing and needed no input but lasted, charged phones had cool lights etc. I don't hav e C1 so Mrs had to drive and found her a challenge in gear change and reversing but we'll work on this next time. Daniel was lovely in helping with drop off/pick up and we'd love to take her back home one day. X Juli 2024

What an amazing experience in Helga! Such a unique and well thought out conversion. Lots of room and comfy layout. Daniel is an excellent host and gave us a thorough hand-over with great documentation in the motorhome and how to operate the various parts. We will definitely be booking her again. Juni 2024

My wife and I used Helga for a 3 night trip and it was wonderful. Great communication with the owner, Robert, in advance of collection and a comprehensive handover when we picked her up. You need to drive her with respect for her age but otherwise she is fine on the road. She is full of character, well equipped and attracts plenty of interest while camped up. Juli 2023
