Goboony is looking for an Operations Intern for their UK Team!
We are a motorhome sharing platform, we help private campervan owners to get in touch with travellers looking to rent their vehicle. Due to increased growth over the past months, we would like to expand our UK team from the start of September.
You will be at the centre of UK operations, in a role that combines both customer support and supply growth. You will get to speak directly to both owners and travellers on our website, and put forward ways that we can improve our service. You will get to design and carry out projects for growth. You will learn how to use various online tools, including those to conduct and market your own webinars. There will be an opportunity to learn about different aspects of the business based on your interests (e.g. content marketing, recruitment).
You can work remotely, but we will require specific hours to be followed as we utilise a centralised system. You will receive an internship reimbursement, a competitive rate compared to most companies.

- Must be a Native English speaker.
- Previous customer service experience is useful, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident when speaking to customers.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
