We had a very nice stay. Swimming pool was truely heated and big enough with a nice slide. Nice bar and restaurant at the swimming pool as well. Friendly and English speaking staff!
Kan beter:
The one improvement they should really make asap is wifi! This as not what it should be in 2024. Terrible.

Un évier privatif manque sur les emplacements.
De plus, les robinets situés en coins des terrains de camping étaient utilisés par certains campeurs et caravaneurs pour se laver les mains et se brosser les dents et donc avec du crachat partout autour des robinets.
Les voisins rentrant des soirées à thème parlent forts vers minuit et jusqu'à 1h du matin sans penser aux campeurs en tente réveillés par leurs conversations

Positief:
The campsite had a very good family atmosphere my two children 9,4 loved it. Lots of other children for them to play with. Our allocated pitch was very spacious with water and waste which made the week easier. In short I would go again.

The pool only has a limited number of beds and we noticed that people would claim them in the morning then disappeared for hours. We have stayed in other places where they make people go bk to there sun beds throughout the day and if a sunbed is empty the staff remove the towels. This would be a good practice for bontempo

Positief:
pour une première en camping, nous sommes ravis. le personnel est agréable et reactif, la restauration bonne, le cadre est plutôt beau et propre, surtout qu'il y a eu du soleil.
Kan beter:
Dommage qu'il y ait seulement une partie de la piscine qui soit chauffée.
la nuit il a fait froid et ça s'est bien ressenti à l'intérieur, ce qui a terni un peu le confort.

Lovely site, clean with great amenities. Pool area is fantastic with a great bar / restaurant. Helpful staff. Clean toilets / shower blocks. The pitches are a good size.

The shop is expensive, would have used it more if it was more reasonable.
