Positief: Proximity to the centre of Delft. The best sanitary facilities we encountered during our 3 month European tour. Friendly helpful reception staff. The facilities are cleaned in a time and manner with minimum disruption to the public - please thank the excellent cleaning staff..

Positief: Amenities block is excellent and well kept

Positief: Exploring Delft, Den Haag and Amsterdam by bus and train was easy and convenient. We particularly liked Delft.

Positief: We found on arriving at Delftse Hout that our water pump was leaking like a sieve. The site’s maintenance guys moved heaven and earth to fix the problem, and wouldn’t take a penny for all their efforts. I can’t speak highly enough of the service from these guys. This was our third stay at Delftse Hout, and we have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, but this time they excelled themselves. Absolutely brilliant service!
