Positief: We stayed a couple of nights to break the journey to Calais, giving us time to visit the Blockhouse, which is well worth the walk.

Kan beter: Bakery was closed on the day we left, so no breakfast. Bakers deserve a day off, though....

Positief: Very helpful and friendly on arrival, a peaceful rural feel to the site. We really enjoyed our visit and would use it again. Limited menu in the restaurant, but the food we had was good. The site manager was kind enough to book a vet appointment for our dog for our return to England. A large motorbike rally turned up at one point but it was far enough away from us on the site not to be a nuisance.

Kan beter: The grass pitches could have done with mowing in places.
