Positief: This was the first time we've stayed in one spot for more than 7-10 nights. We could have stayed another 3 weeks easily! Really enjoyed the 60th Birthday meal celebration on the lawn and the Discovery Walk of La Garangeoire with Anne. If you've never done it, please do as you'll get a newfound appreciation for everything that's special about La Garangeoire.

Positief: The campsite itself is very clean and suitable for all ages with plenty to do during your stay. The staff and service was great and everybody is friendly. We ate at the restaurant on a number of occasions and was impressed with the food and service we received, particular thanks to Michael who couldn’t do any more to make our visit any better, also thanks to Kyle.

Kan beter: During our stay, we had a cooked chicken from the takeaway, this chicken was so tough that we had to throw it away. As you leave reception on arrival to the pitch the first dog leg bend has a blind spot and it’s not always possible to see the children (or adults!) on bikes, maybe a convex mirror would help? Not sure if already there, but solar would be a great improvement for the environment.

Positief: We liked everything really! We had the best meal of our holiday in the restaurant! It was absolutely delicious! And the service was excellent too. Friendly and helpful staff. We also thought the planting around the camp was very beautiful. Gorgeous, well tended plants. So hats off to your gardeners! And of course, the wonderful celebrations for your 60th anniversary. What a fabulous evening it was. A really lovely stay and so much to see and do. Fabulous!

Kan beter: Milk alternative for coffee ie soya, oat, coconut milk would have been good.

Kan beter: On arrival with a large touring caravan there is little or no space to pull up to check-in with out block peoples access. Please also direct/escort large touring units via the larger roadway as to try and manoeuvre around some of the corners is near impossible

Positief: ambiance familiale, calme et réveil avec les oiseaux tous les jours. Reposant et actif malgré le temps maussade de notre semaine ; on a pu s'occuper tous les jours.

Positief: Reception very welcoming. Bivouac site very comfortable. Market on site well stocked. Family playland.

Kan beter: Horse manure smell during dinner was overwhelming. Sanitaries a long way from campsite. Lots of kids everywhere - hard if you’re not used to noise and action. Restaurant closed on Monday during high season.

Positief: Le lodge super agréable, au calme, très bien aménagé. Les activités proposées, le cadre magnifique.

Positief: Un super camping tres soigne l'emplacement Maubeche avec le coin sanitaire prive et terrain genial ils nous a manque le soleil on est reparti plus tot en raison du tempd sinon la piscine trop petite pour le nombre de campeurs et il faudrait un miroir pour la sortir du camping sinon l'accueil est top et le personnel tres accueillant

Positief: Again another fantastic holiday at La Garangeoire. This is our 7th year and it really is like home from home for us. Our three children aged 13, 8 and 11 all love being at La Garangeoire. This year the night walk was a massive hit and of course the night swim! Anne and Eric and all their staff continously go above and beyond to make La Garangeoire as special as it is. We are looking forward to returning again next year.
