Positief: This was our 4th time back at Garangeoire, & we are never disappointed. Our boys love all the activities on site & those close by in Grand Defi. I enjoy the spa treatments on site & my husband gets to enjoy a stress free holiday.

Positief: Really nice facilities boys loved the football pitch and swimming pool

Positief: Great family atmosphere, very clean, good facilities. Additions of lagoon and children’s play areas were good.

Kan beter: Some sails/umbrellas/shade around lagoon.

Positief: Great facilities, family friendly with lots of activities for kids.

Kan beter: It was tricky trying to get sunbeds around the pool because people were reserving them - better policing of this would ensure there are sun beds for everyone during very busy times.

Positief: We have stayed in a number of places for our summer holidays over the years and this is the first time we have ever returned to a site. Love this place. The spacious, green site is so well laid out and maintained. It is really well looked after. Loads for activities for our teenage boys to get involved with. Staff are all super helpful. Enjoyed the guided tour from Anne, very interesting.

Kan beter: We would be interested in a (slightly) bigger pool complex perhaps. Also the staff and service in the restaurant is not on the same level as all the excellent staff elsewhere on site.

Positief: - Really loved our Safari Lodge - Arrival and departure very slick - Archery with Fabrice excellent - Great pools and slides - All staff really helpful, particularly Emma

Kan beter: - Daily beginner's French lessons for adults and children - Bring back the scuba try dive for children

Positief: Loved the atmosphere, the helpful friendly staff and the activities and facilities.

Kan beter: Taos accommodation could be better equipped. No good sharp kitchen knives or large drinking glasses. The bar should have a good selection of wines, not just the basic red, white and rose choices. This is France and we like good French wine selections. Also, the small bar kept closing early, 9.30 or 9.40 pm every evening. You could sell good wines here and stay open to 11.

Positief: Great facilities on site. My 6 y o loved the football lessons and especially Mehdi the main coach. Super helpful staff at reception. Loved our spacious pitch, the slides, range of pools and quiet, rural setting. Our two young boys aged 4 and 6 were very sad to leave…

Kan beter: One of the 10am football coaches was constantly on her phone looking disinterested. Mehdi was superb, but at times matches were left unsupervised. Our sink leaked and lights didn’t work. The latter was fixed but the former was not. Both football goal nets need repairing (lots of holes). The playground area was ok but maybe needs updating. Feel you need a tunnel slide or proper zip wire.

Positief: Friendly staff, very clean, lovely pitches, shop is good value for money, very safe for children, quiet at night, easy to get connected to nature - walking, fishing, biking. Everything you need on site.

Kan beter: Can’t think of anything - difficult to improve on such a high quality place.
