Positief: The site was nice and the pitch a good size. It was really good that there was a water tap for each pair of pitches.

Kan beter: For some reason the men’s toilets had no sink in them? 🤷‍♂️ also the usual thing about camping showers… why have I only ever been to one campsite (in the Swiss Alps) that had really nice shower facilities? All campsites should learn that a strictly applied “no shoes worn inside” policy combined with underfloor heating (so there is no standing water) is the way to go with shower facilities.

Positief: Friendly staff great for getting to Calais ferry port.

Positief: The campsite was lovely, although the toilet and shower facilities were quite tired and a bit grubby and no soap provided. The pitch was spacious and in general the campsite was quiet and well maintained. . There were some very noisy campers making lots of noise until 5am. I asked them twice to be quiet which they did for about 10 minutes. Then the noise levels increased again. I messaged the contact number and got a reply saying they'd look into it but absolutely nothing happened. So this is my one disappointment with the campsite is that if there's problem guests nothing was done.

Kan beter: Dealing with problem guests when asked to needs to happen. So that other campers don't have to suffer or have to deal with them themselves. The following morning several other campers I spoke to said they'd had a really bad night and were considering going and speaking to these people as well.

Positief: terrible didnot sleep at all, followed the information re management about noise all night they didnot reply

Kan beter: Do what you say you are going to do. There is enough rules, which is fine, But people were not following them.
